The
Purpose of HEALING - K.I.S.S.
- as stated 12 years ago - was and is
to help me and my potential P E E R s
"to HEAL ourselves into WHOLEness,
and - by extension - all of CREATion!" |
|
I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a pioneer of Evolution
in learning to feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I
want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

It seems that I chose 26 actors
for my life's drama and those 26 actors chose me! One
common trait of all roles is "mutual dependency"
between them and me.
With 16 actors - my family - the mutual
dependency is life-long! With my landlords
at Arad & with my 6 starchildren, born
between 1986-88, it may be temporary.
My children: Immanuel, Ronnit, Micha; my
children-in-love: Efrat, Uri, Ra'ayah; my 10 grandchildren [born
1987-2005): Elah-Alon-Tomer-Mika; Jonathan-Rotem-Yael-Itamar;
Arnon-Ayelet
My landlords: Ofir & Meital+ Lior (2002) & Amit (2005).
My starchildren: Lior Oren, Zipi Winkler , Dina Strat , Meshi
Taib, Gal Mor, Boris Arons [26=YHWH=13+13=ahavah+ahavah =LOVE!]

The FOCUS of MY INTENTION
TODAY
Know exactly what you want, communicate clearly what you want,
then get out of the way, live and play, and let happen what
may
I
desire to radiate pure trust in her own power to heal herself
-on my suffering daughter-in-love
I desire professional guidance for I.: how to cope with what
may be a new attack of depression.
I desire that Efrat will use the family's
financial predicament for a leap into her true job-vocation
I desire to be a cheerful model for Efrat in what is a lesson
for both of us (see Nomi Heifetz on
Jan. 1!)
"to learn to know the
limits of our responsibility for those around us",
i.e., I desire to differentiate between identifying with her
suffering and acting on any worrrying.
I desire to discern, when "to be a limit to Mika",
and when to play along with her rebelliousness |

hodayot [thanksgivings] for
today
15:27
My Body,
my Partner,
my God
Having understood, that my Posterior
Cruciate Ligament of my
left leg
will not heal as quickly as I hoped the day after it happened
(Nov. 25)
I give thanks to this opportunity for becoming aware of one
of your parts: the bones, muscles, tendons etc.between the
joint of the knee and the calf
I'm going to study these systematically
from today on!
see: What's
in a knee?
The knee is a joint, which means it sits between the area
where bones connect. It's actually the largest joint in the
body.
Your knees provide stability
and flexibility for your body
and allow your legs to bend,
swivel, and straighten.
The knee is made up of bones, cartilage, muscles, ligaments,
and tendons,
all working as one.
I am grate-full, that I'm wholly acceptive
of my nano-handicap.
I'm grate-full that Efrat - so much more suffering than me
-
used her skill of persuasion to fix an appointment at the
clinic for me today1
I'm grate-full, that the "prescription"- "Physiotherapy"
on Dec. 3, 13:20
forced me to consider to not go to Arad between Dec. 3 &
6, but to stay here.
I'm grate-full, that I. -on skype-
hinted, that my staying-on might be good for E.
I'm grate-full - first and last of all- for the serenity which
pervades my being.
|
ORDINARY LIFE?
|
The
Clalit-Clinic
of Shoham,
which prides itself with
Recognitions of Excellence.
How grate-full I am,
that I must not frequent this clinic
or any other clinic for that matter.
Efrat fixed an appointment
for me
with Dr. Mira.
I didn't even have to wait,
she just came along,
when it was my turn.
I explained,
but she had little patience to listen.
It's a terrible job
to be a general doctor at "Clalit". Though she at
least had
an esthetic appearance
unlike my Dr. Sarah Rosenzweig in "Clalit-Arad",
I couldn't make her enjoy
the meeting between us.
I radiated:
"May you love your job
or choose another!" |
As to the pain in my leg,
which I could demonstrate
by trying to squat -
unbearable pain...-
she agreed with my son's "diagnosis" - from his own
past experience
that "muscle fibers might
be torn",
and prescribed "Ultrasound"
and "Physiotherapy".
I gently asked her,
if I could take her photo
"since I document my life".
She was aghast by the quest,
and Efrat later was shocked:
"You are bringing shame on
us..!"
I therefore took another picture
of the front of Dr. Mira's room,
this time with an old woman
(perhaps not older than me...)
in a wheelchair...
|
|
|
Quite different was the experience
with a woman, called Re'ut (=friendship),
in the department of physiotherapy on the same floor.
Re'ut - pregnant as I see only now - turned to me as to a human
being
and laughed:
"If you fell - it's good:
for then you'll get a fast appointment".
And she had no problem with being photographed
through one of the technical devices! |
Luckily, Efrat's boss said to her: "Go
home, why did you come to the office at all? I might catch your illness!"
So she fetched me from "Clalit", but had to go to the bank
first.
Efrat, of course, knows everybody, though she came to Shoham less
than 2 years ago.
She introduced me to the employee and this one laughed: "Whenever
Efrat comes, she makes an upheaval!"
TOMER
|
Einav, the tuitor of Tomer at Ben-Shemen,
distributed assignments of cleaning.
"Tomer, you'll sweep up
the leaves under that tree."
"No, I won't do it. I'm not your Philippino!"
(Men and women from the Philippines
have
taken the role of foreign workers in Israel...).
What a tumult followed this rebellion!
And the threat, that if it will happen another time,
Einav will not even contact Immanuel or Efrat,
but fire Tomer from Ben-Shemen once and forever.
My heart is heavy....
That delightful situation,
when Tomer sang to me the songs
on a "Subliminal" disc (see
yesterday),
occurred 5 years ago ,
when Tomer was in care of his father &stepmother.
at Kfar-Wradim in the Galilee.
See
the time-line of the circumstances,
into which Mika let herself be born
By the way, he is wearing the shirt of
a party,
which wanted to win the local elections,
and for which Immanuel and Efrat
were naive enough to volunteer...
|
|
See the coincidence
at the end of this page:
The movie:
"Ihr koennt euch
niemals sicher sein"
"None of you can ever be sure"
with the boy,
who reminded me of Tomer,
and who created rap-like lyrics.
|
CONVERGENCE...
When we talked via
Skype
- about less exhilarating "subjects" -
Immanuel also mentioned:
"Mika is enthused by Jupiter and Noga"
(which I had shown them on our
wondrous hike on Nov. 21,
see Nov.22),
and which she watched again on a similar hike on Nov. 28,
though then she wasn't so brave in walking ...........)
"And, by the way, even in
Y-net they tell us
about the convergence
of Jupiter, Noga and the Moon
tonight!"
When opening Ynet
now (18:40)
I didn't find anything about the celestial convergence,
but
I came across another "convergence",
that of a rabbi, an imam and a priest,
praying for rain
t o g e t h e r
at the Lake of Tiberias. |

Song
of the Day
May it be an evening star
Shines down upon you
May it be when darkness falls
Your heart will be true
You walk a lonely road
Oh! How far you are from home
Mornie utúlië (darkness
has come)
Believe and you will find your way
Mornie alantië (darkness has fallen)
A promise lives within you now
May it be the shadows call
Will fly away
May it be you journey on
To light the day
When the night is overcome
You may rise to find the sun
|
Even
if it is a gimmick of the hotel, which initiated this,
it's pleasing me, and I remember,
how during my research for my Ph.D.
about solidarity
with the sufferers,
"the suffering from lack of rain"
[I erred at first and
wrote "lack of aim"....]
was mentioned as something which unites all people...

Mika - with Imma in Israel and Abba in Los Angeles
"How was your day, Savta?"
asked Mika -
according to the new custom towards the end of dinner,
I
told her - stressing the things which were connected to her,
like:
"And then we sat on my bed and painted the sun~~~"
"And Mother Sun!"
she reminded me.
For the sun was sad, even crying, because
she missed Mother Sun...
|
|
Because
of the occurrence of a problem - a gladdening, even healing
situation created itself:
a fruitful skype-meeting between Imma and Mika (with Grandma
in the background) - in Israel
and Abba, the pilot, in a hotel in Los Angeles.
The "problem" was, that Efrat wanted to continue on
the computer with her "lupa"-program,
with which she creates a second album with hundreds of little
Mika's images.
She couldn't find it anymore and I panicked, suspecting that
I was to be blamed.
(6 hours earlier: a problem with a stuck
computer and fidgeting with Alt/Ctrl/delete, too complicated
to explain here).
"Please call Immanuel, maybe he is
next to a computer." He skyped
back: "I'm talking with Einav".
When we were finally connected, he told
- and this was the first joy, - "the
talk was very good" etc.
"Perhaps her discharge towards Efrat
earlier, helped her to come to her senses with you",
I suggested.
So hopefully the threat, that "next time" Tomer will
be fired , has given way to more tolerance.
The second joy was the good family communication also
because of the fun with "the asterix" (see
tomorrow).

Nourishment
from Others
Seth
p. 81-2
.... No apple tree tries to grow
violets.. Quite automatically it knows what it is, and
the framework of its own identity and existence...
The mistaken belief is one that
does not fit the basic conditions of your inner being.
So if you believe that
you are at the mercy of physical events, you entertain
a false belief. If you feel that your present experience
was set in cir-cumstances beyond your control, you entertain
a false belief.
You had a hand in the development
of your childhood environment. You chose the circumstances.
This does not mean that you are at the mercy of those
circumstances.
It means that you set challenges to be overcome, set
goals to be reached, set up frameworks of experience
through which you could develop, understand and fulfill
certain abilities.
The creative power to form
your own experience, is within you now, as it has been
since the time of your birth and before. You may have
chosen a particular theme for this existence, a certain
framework of conditions, but within these you have the
freedom to experiement, create and alter conditions
and events.
Each person chooses for himself the
individual patterns within which he will create this
personal reality. But inside these bounds are infinite
varieties of actions and unlimited resources.
I read the cutting, after
I had said similar things
to Efrat today! I'll send this quote to her e-mail |

At night I saw the last of the 12 movies
of the Film Festival at Baden-Baden, shown on 3 SAT within
one week.
It was also the movie which won the competition.
Immanuel recorded it for me on Dec. 21, since already the
first movie on that night : "Don Quichote", was
too intense for me.
Now I saw it - on my own, of course - and felt very lonely
...
the theme reminded me of the enormous potential - for better
and for worse - of outsider kids like Tomer:

April 20th 1999,
Columbine, USA:
Eric Harris (18) and Dylan Klebold (17) enter their
high-school
armed, opening fire, killing one teacher, 12 fellow-students,
injuring 24 others before shooting themselves.
April 26th
2002, Erfurt, Germany:
[see about this puzzle-piece
37]
after being banned from his school just prior the graduation-week,
Robert Steinhäuser (19) enters his school, the
Gutenberg-High'
with a pump-gun, and a glock17,
kills, 12 teachers, two fellow-students, one secretary
and a cop
before shooting himself.
November
7th 2007, Jokela, Suomi:
18-year-old student Pekka-Eric Auvinen enters his school,
opens fire, kills 5 fellow-students, one nurse,
principal Helena Kalmi and a college-student before
killing himself...
„Ihr könnt Euch niemals
sicher sein." – „None of you can ever
be sure."
17-year-old Oliver (Ludwig Trepte)
has to haul with his parents to the German city of Cologne.
At his new high-school, the quiet, introverted and serious
student quickly becomes a maverick. In German-lesson
he writes a review of the Goethe-classic „Die
Leiden des jungen Werthers / The Sorrows of Young Werther"
in a rap-lyric-pattern.
His teacher Selma disagrees with
his way of interpretation, she finds it rude, improper,
not attractive and not politically correct, so she disses
him in front of the class and gives him 0 points.Oliver
reacts upset but not yet overly aggressive. Briefly
later, the teacherfinds a note with a rap-lyric-excerpt
from Oliver where he talks dirty about her and mentions
violent thoughts (serious: who of us never had one against
a teacher and vice versa?). In hysteria she strikes
alert.
In the next briefing, the faculty
argues about Oliver and whether or not he should get
banned from school. Another German-teacher cites excerpts
from Oliver's „Werther"- review and acknowledges
it as lyrically interesting, highly expressive and definitely
a new form of doing a review. Furthermore he realizes
that Oliver obviously can set himself into the emotional
situation of the main-character, inserting similarities
from his own life-situation. The progressive teacher
argues with Selma : „Well,
I find it amazing! We have a student with obviously
a fine sense for language, versing and it's rhythmic
possibilities and expressive options. And YOU as his
teacher fail to see that! I'll take him."
But it appears to be too late. The
police searches Oliver's room and confiscates his PC,
to find a banned violent game on the hard-drive, and
in his closet an old gun from Oliver's deceased WWII-vet-grandpa.
Oliver's father –despite his uncertainties- remains
calm first, trying to keep further pressure away from
his son, but can't succeed about it against his sensible
wife, the teachers and the cops. Oppressed by the faculty
and the cops, his scared parents get him into a mental-institution
instead of seeking convenient discussion with him and
listen to what's in his heart & mind. After a couple
of days his therapist correctly analyzes that Olivers
mental situation is that of a stressed and uncertain
teenager but in a normal scale for that age and life-situation
and releases him.
Oliver then has already bonded friendships
to a young, mentally unstable woman from his unit, as
well as outside to a Russian-German immigrant and his
posse. Those two persons will play significant parts
during the climax and thereby critically reflect and
outweigh the narrow-minded clichés and conservative
prejudices, that the broad German public tends to associate
with those two „arctypes" – another
great accomplishment of this terrific movie. In his
newly won peer-group, Oliver can score with his rap-talent
and -for the first time- earns respect, regardless his
not-Russian origin.
When I was in 6th grade at the „Orientierungsstufe
I" in Hann. Münden (a school-format that was
folded approx. two years ago), I took English-lessons
in the A-class (in the Orientierungsstufe, students
were sorted into A-, B-, and C-classes, depending on
their skills), taught by regularly Make-Up-overdosed
Mrs. W. for about half a year. This particular teacher
finally mobbed me so far to leave the A-class -despite
generally good figures and skills- and on own demand
joined the B-class of Mrs. S. I mean, what do you say
about a teacher who regularly verbally bullies you with
comments like „Enzo*, if I ever get a heart-attack,
you'll surely be one of the reasons!"?
Or Werner F., my class-teacher in the
„FOS-Desgin" in Göttingen/Godehardtstrasse,
who oppressed me that regularly, that I one day vented
my frustration into a quick drawing, showing me chopping
his head off with a medieval Axe, rich detailed with
a 3 feet blood-fountain and identifiable faces. Unfortunately
I lost it, I guess...
Did I ever consider to really
do it? No. The feather is mightier than the sword
and now here it is for everyone
to read, you two dorks.
In the following years I also played
DOOM and other brutal games and still today I listen
to Heavy Metal (among others) and watch zombie-flicks
– and? I'm a social-worker today, age 36, set
in my tracks and consider myself a mainly convenient
person. Only that „Volksmusik" and „Schlager"-crap
on German TV makes me wanna go havoc...

Fernsehfilmfestival
Baden-Baden
"Gutes und wichtiges Fernsehen"
3,79 Millionen schalteten am
an.
Eva und Volker A. Zahn (Buch) damit halten. Einerseits
artikulieren sie Olivers Drang nach Selbstfindung und
Abgrenzung („Ich
in manchmal gewalttätige Träume flüchtet,
Eigentlich
Charlotte.
anderen Ausweg gegeben? (…) Ein Film mit diesem
brisanten Thema hätte auch zu einem prätentiösen
Ärgernis oder einer psychologischen Banalität
verhunzt werden können. So aber ist es gutes und
wichtiges Fernsehen geworden.“
