Preparation
Many people have asked me what they can do in the meantime.
I have received a message in response to my question
of what can people do before we fire the grid.
It is the most asked question I have received.

PREPARATION

What can people do before we fire the grid.
First the light beings said
that Bradfield has provided a connection prayer in his lyrics "Be Still Thy Soul"
from "the Spiritual Beings on a Human Journey" album.
They said to inform people to listen
as if the angelic voice was being directed specifically to them….

Collect a series
of wonderful happy moments
from your life,
for example your most loving kiss,
the joyous happiness of eating ice-cream
or the sun on your face after a long cold winter.
They were very explicit with their details.
The smile you have when you see a kindness of a child
or the sheer pleasure you feel while washing your hands …
It went on and on.
However the basis of it was
that there were thousands of happy uplifting moments in our lives
that we miss because we are so busy with the business of being unhappy.
They said even those in poverty have moments of tremendous joy
if they would choose to feel them.
...
If we as a group of humans would take time out everyday
and I don't mean huge amounts of time
I mean moments to remember a happy moment
then we collectively raise the planets frequency
a little every day with little effort.
It will also raise the level of the humans who participate.
Simply close your eyes
and remember a thought or feeling that has given you earthly pleasure
then be thankful for it.

If you only have a few that is alright
because as you practice this little exercise
you will find yourself finding more and more to feel happy about.
It will act like a contagion
because others will feel your happiness
and it will infect their field.

The Seventh Part of the Video



"What we are going to do on the
Fire-the-Grid Day,
is to find your joy
and to give gratitude"
You may just sit in your bed
and read a story to your children
and look at their little faces
and know how much you love them
and know what this experience is bringing right now
and then all of you will say:
Thank you for this moment we shared."
And that will lift your field.

And if you cannot be present, then write down your intentions and your joy:

Of course, what we are doing are only baby-steps,
it's the Indigo-Children behind us
(now 13 years old),
who in 2012 will birth the New Earth

I am now, 15:00, deciding to not complete the sculpting of this part of the 16th program.

It is Wednesday, September 21, with the "half-finale" tonight, which will end with the TRIO,
and I haven't even touched the 17th program and the 18th and 19th program,
leave alone sculpted what is relevant for me in these - as in the entire "Masterchef Game".

I think it is that woman, whom I never could see as my grandmother, Meta Guth,
whose letter to my father in Oct. 1933 (see today) finally shocked me into stopping,
into "ceasing to manifest" without boundaries.
It's true, the more skilled I became in cropping, editing and composing the Masterchef scenes,
and the deeper I entered into the wisdom of the producers, the photographers and the editors,
the more I was fascinated by the Slow-Motion-Adventure, of which only now I became aware.
But at the same time, as always in my life, I became enslaved in what I desired and achieved.
I wanted more! I became greedy!
And the greedier I became the more I got entangled in my prison of pressure.
'I must manage, I must manage until... I must be even more concentrated',
though my level of concentration is certainly the highest any human can reach.

My reaction on September 21, 2011, to my comment in 1984 to my grandmother's letter in 1933:

As to applying "simplicity" - K.i.s.s. = Keep it simple, sweetheart - I've given up on this principle.
I am what I am, complex myself and complicating things, as people blame me, and I accept it!

One hour later:
No, I shall not accept it in this case, but neither shall I cast away everything:
I'll use these 3 hours before the semi-finale of Masterchef,
and the day tomorrow before the program in the evening, in which I took part myself,
and find a method of how to excerpt only minimal events in the 3 programs,
program 17, 18 and 19
[since the online videos will disappear, I again link directly to my re-creation]

Then, when I'll leave on Friday, Sept. 23, for Shoham,
to take part in the Shabbat-Eve dinner with the families of the 3 finalists,
and to be present in the Finale on Sept. 24,
I'll have to decide only if and what to do with the program of tonight,
[all videos are available on-line only 24 hours after the show on TV,]

I guess the program will be sad for me, for Shai will be dismissed,
but I admire him - he is the one who knows best how to show feelings.
But now I want to wholly focus on my desire,
that there will be not one victor,
but a Trio of "Masterchefs of Israel"

I'm copying here my translation into Hebrew (1984) into English:
August 20, 1933....:
Yesterday we got the news, that uncle Franz died [I don't know, who this is. Meta's husband, my grandfather was called Franz Guth [died 1946],Immanuel's grandfather was also called Franz - Franz Rosenzweig].
I still can't grasp it. Another memento mori [Latin: remember death] , which warns us to foster the plant of love in our heart well, so we won't always be impatient, and that we'll always be ready to forgive. If we would better know our own weaknesses, this would be self-understood for us...

"I believed, that the craziness of working,

between working and resting.
And therefore - since the sun has just set-

though it is an enjoyable work.

[This slang-word is translated by Babylon as "to encourage without being envious"
It comes, I think, from the German-Yiddish "goennen", but doesn't exist in Babylon.'
As to Shai's wonderful response, I may see it online, (SMS from Immanuel),

Does he know of my prayer and ardent desire,
that there will be a threesome, triple Masterchef,
a Masterchef-Trio?

who has been denying her true love, the love for cooking]
Elihav: "My father was in prison for quite some time"

Avi: "I chose to walk a negative path,
so the drugs came to me very, very fast"
The pictures of the three, who are again and again hugging,
show Immanuel in the moment
in which he hears that he'll be the first of the finalists
He gratefully raises his eyes to heaven or so it seems to the onlooker...

Since I'm trying to catch the diverse promos of Masterchef,
I can't help seeing other commercials,
and the one that excites me most,
is the announcement about a great reportage tomorrow,
Sept. 23, 2011,
"Will the World recognize a Palestinian State? "
which - among other moving scenes - shows the two "leaders"
Natanyahu, the Israeli, and Abu Mazen, The Palestinian,
side by side!

After 44 years of dreaming, suffering, working like mad
for this scene to happen - there is at least a beginning....


11:01 (this time the sentences were quotes mostly from the last , the 20th program
Jonathan to Avi: "there is something in your story
which is much beyond this competition altogether."
Eyal to Immanuel: "I take off my hat before you."
Jonathan to Avi: "You are a genius on a real level altogether.'

Immanuel about Avi: "Avi was born to be in this program.
The first time that I saw him, I knew that he is at the right place."
Avi: "Suddenly at the age of 35, I'm doing what I want to do~"
Immanuel: "Everybody here fell in love with him.
He exposed his heart and everything is always on the plate."
Chaim: "I ask you all to clap your hands for you."
Immanuel: ".... He'll take it with a giant's" {gesture}

When I decided to "cease to manifest-without-limits" yesterday,
I was compensated by a pretty idea of creating in a playful way:
To let "chance" decide, what would be cropped from the video.
Every 5 minutes - according to the timer on the video -
I would click "stop", and whatever picture would appear,
I would crop , together with roughly the 2 following frames,.
Each sculpture would not contain more than 3 images.
I would not judge, if the sequence was meaningful,
and -except in one case - I would not translate.

In this manner I "managed" to squeeze 3 programs into 2 pages,
but a lot got skipped.
I had to realize this today when the 18th program was repeated,
and I listened to it [with half an ear, since I was focused on my creation],
For instance, I heard Immanuel say about Eyal:
"We are very close,
since we both have a perspective which goes beyond cooking!"
Or I heard Eyal say to Shai: "You have compassion and love,
whatever ingredient you use, it finds something to lean on, to cuddle in."

Somewhere I discovered this image, which someone took as discreetly as possible:
the three men who close their eyes and embrace each other and focus on something
probably on something they want to accomplish...

And I found something else, which encouraged my desire:
Statistics show, what was most important for those who watched Masterchef:
The third most important event: The dismissal of 83 year old Zohar
The first most important event: the Fabergé Egg [in which Immanuel excelled]

Mika hears the first sounds
of the entry-song to the Masterchef Finale.
She sits to my right , turns her head to me,
with glowing eyes and exclaims:
"This is the song we love!"
And we silently sing the first lines,
which she, of course, knows without effort,
while I have to remember those   w i t h  effort
though I've repeated this song so many times,
since I learnt it from a CD of Mika in May 2011.



Avi is the winner.
Avi, the name, comes from "Avraham":

The danger is to find all kinds of faults
and even kinds of ugliness in the finale.
Please help me to stick to my intention,
to celebrate what's right with the world,
and to help others to see and celebrate,
W H A T   I S   R I G H T   W I T H   T H E    W O R L D
and do this without putting anybody down,
for "looking at the program superficially",
but simply express what  I   see as right!
