I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a pioneer of Evolution
in learning to feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,

It seems that I chose 26 actors
for my life's drama and those 26 actors chose me! One
common trait of all roles is "mutual dependency"
between them and me.
With 16 actors - my family - the mutual
dependency is life-long! With my landlords
at Arad & with my 6 starchildren, born
between 1986-88, it may be temporary.
My children: Immanuel, Ronnit, Micha; my
children-in-love: Efrat, Uri, Ra'ayah; my 10 grandchildren [born

to accomplish the ridiculous: to complete 3 letters & the
October pages from 15th
I desire to no longer try to
change the reasons (patterns, judgments) for
"ridiculous" feelings,
but to feel, move, accept them - vicariously - for all humans
who are afraid to feel 'bad' feelings
I desire my travel to be - I tremble to even dare wishing this
- "zest-full" and easy for Body.
I desire to radiate strength and courage on I.,E.&Tomer
for what they want to change & achieve.
I desire the interaction with Mika to follow the script which
our Higher Selves have created. |

my God
I give thanks once more for our eyes, which bring to me endless
riches!
Please help me to be aware of their need to rest and relax
now and then!
I give thanks to "Paula"
& "Aya" for
another "eye-key" :
I move my eyes "From Ear to Ear"
without moving the head .
I do so slowly, not stopping in the middle, at the hight of
the head,
only when I reach the edges - to glance down a bit.
Please, my Body, - since I'm not able to take extra time to
train,
make me aware of the many little situations for "training
in-between"!
I am grate-full that I stayed awake for savoring two ! encouraging
movies:

My self-made path from my tent in the east
ends in this broad trail.
The view across the trail to the Dead Sea is terrific
The trail leads down to the Zealots' Valley
Pictures of "Rakhaf" itself are
less "picturesque", even though I chose the most favorable
angles

on Rakhaf
do understand something
about ecology and recycling.
I helped the young vine
to lean on the jamb,
so it can creep up with comfort. |

The path
through the rujums
leads me back
to the cabin,
in which
Oree, Narda and Offer
have been lodging
this time
for 3 days.
Narda called me
from afar:

that I took
the pictures
of my friends.

of the Ararat-Breasts with the Salt Sea on
the horizon,
but this time across what seemed to be a dumping hole, where the "Rakhaf"
garbage was burnt.
