I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,

I was just re-studying "God's"
report on how he
- in the process of becoming conscious of his existence -
denied his first feeling: FEAR,
when I happened to look at a page in my Bible, on which I found a
quote in my own handwriting.
The quote - from a letter written to me in 1995 by
the Israeli writer Deborah Silberstein, -
describes David, the King of Feelings, very
vividly:

including those of
Chagall and Ratner,
capture the essence:
Sad David plays music
and sings
to heal the depression of Shaul, his king.
Shaul appears as shadow
behind David,
as if it were his own....
but there is a triangle
of light
above his head
after all....

Thus
says YHWH, the God of Israel:
I
myself anounted you king over Israel,
I
myself rescued you from the hand of Sha'ul,
I
gave you the house of your lord,
and the women of your lord into your bosom,
I
gave you the House of Israel and Judah -
and as if (that were) too little, I
would have added yet this and that to you.
Why have you despised the word of YHWH, to do what is evil in
my eyes?
Uriyya the Hittite you have struck-down
by the sword,
his wife you have taken for yourself as a wife -
him you have killed by the sword of the Children of Ammon.

David said to Natan:
I have sinned against YHWH!
Natan said to David:
YHWH himself has transferred your sin -
you will not die;
nevertheless, ...
the son, himself,
who is born to you: he must die, yes, die.

12:13-14
And
David besought God on behalf of the boy,
David fasted a fast;
whenever he came (home) he would spend-the-night
lying upon the ground.
The elders of his house arose about
him
to raise him up from the ground,
but he was unwilling and would not take food with them.
Now it was on the seventh day that
the child died.
2.S 12:16-18

He said:
As long as the child was still alive, I fasted and wept,
for I said (to myself):
Who knows, perhaps YHWH will be gracious to me, and the child
will live!
but now he is dead - why should
I fast?
can I make him return again?
I may go to him,
but he will
not return to me.
And David comforted Bat-Sheva his wife,
he came to her and lay with her;
She bore a son
and called his name Shelomo/His Peace.
But YHWH loved him,
and he had (a message)
sent by the hand of Natan the prophet;
He called his name Yedidya/Beloved of YHWH,
by the grace of YHWH

David and the whole house of Israel
were dancing in the presence of YHWH,
with all the fir-wood-instruments,
"with all their might and with songs"
( addition in 1. Chron. 13:8)
with lyres and lutes and timbrels,
with rattles and with cymbals.

in the presence of YHWH;

the presence of YHWH,

dance in the presence of YHWH,
and will hold-myself-lightly (even) more than this;
I'll be lowly in my (own) eyes -
with the (very) maids of whom you spoke,
with them I'll get honor!
