I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a pioneer of Evolution
in learning to feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,

It seems that I chose 26 actors
for my life's drama and those 26 actors chose me! One
common trait of all roles is "mutual dependency"
between them and me.
With 16 actors - my family - the mutual
dependency is life-long! With my landlords
at Arad & with my 6 starchildren, born
between 1986-88, it may be temporary.
My children: Immanuel, Ronnit, Micha; my
children-in-love: Efrat, Uri, Ra'ayah; my 10 grandchildren [born

Know exactly what you want, communicate clearly what you want,

I desire to breathe & vibrate my
fright of the almost 10 hours with the
Quintet - in E's presence!
I desire, that my excitement, creativity, love & trust in
the kids' zest & cooperation will prevail!
I desire that E. will find the balance between "stimulating"
the kids & trust their own creativity
I desire that any trauma -caused by my pressuring Yael :' take
responsibility!' - will heal wholly.
I desire to know, when to make them respect my boundaries and
when to flow along with them.
I desire Efrat (still
asleep)
to react wholly to the sudden plan of Levi (now
at 8:18)
to visit with his kids ,
i.e. without "trapping
her Will"=saying Yes, when wanting to say No and without
anger =fright of feeling guilty, if she refuses

Piece 5 Trapped Will - August 2001
"Lost
Will" has been a main term in God's info of the last
16 years.
"Trapped Will" was coined for the first time on 01/7/15,
by BODY.
When I applied this additional understanding to my every day
life,
I was desolate.
Do I ever do something, without a part in me not wanting to
do it?
Even when I brush my teeth, or -- take care of my grandchildren?

I give thanks again to the physiotherapy
exercises & the 2 Aya-Paula-keys
(see the altars on Dec.9,

which - by dedicating time to heal the infection, strain and
pain in my knee-
help me to be aware of the wondrous structure & functioning
of my legs.
I'm grate-full for the thought-process
which "Seth's" info stimulated:
that options, which I cannot
realize with my 3 dimensional personality,
are realized "elsewhere", and that therefore I don't
have to give up,
leave alone ignore or deny, any desire, nor "trap
my Will" ever.
I'm grate-full that Micha succeeded in organizing this Quintet-Day,
and that Efrat will - for once - feel, that Mika is not a
sibling-less orphan.
I'm grate-full for the harmonious togetherness all day long
yesterday.

-that their coming would interfere with the integration of
the Quintet
