The
Purpose of HEALING - K.I.S.S.
- as stated 12 years ago - was and is
to help me and my potential P E E R s
"to HEAL ourselves into WHOLEness,
and - by extension - all of CREATion!" |
|
I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a pioneer of Evolution
in learning to feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I
want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

hodayot [thanksgivings] for
today
15:50 My Body, my
Partner,
I give thanks to our breasts for being healthy and whole,
and not cut off because of cancer like a breast of Yanina
already in 1969.
But allow me also to "complain"
about the nuisance they are to me:
They didn't "even" produce enough milk for any of
my 3 children,
and though I let them suck for 3 months, I always had to prepare
a bottle.
Also:since I took those hormons for 8 years after the removal
of my womb,
my breasts grew and, not being able to wear a bra, I feel
uncomfortable,
also when I sleep on my belly and have to always "place"
them right or left.
I also don't like that their protrusion from my chest is so
low.
Also, though not relevant at present: they lack sensitivity
to erotic touch.
Forgive me, My Body! And help me to accept our breasts!
I give thanks to all the drivers of bus,
train and 3 cars,
who made it possible for me to have an easy and pleasurable
journey!

We
had ten minutes in "our" room, as Mika now calls my
room at Shoham.
Then she went to kindergarden with Imma, and shortly after that
I left for Arad.
I again sang the new color-song, but
instead of working with colors-to-paint,
I let her choose beads according to the 6 colors mentioned in
the song,
and showed her to make a rainbow as the song says,
stuck into a little basket.

synchronicities
It was already
22:35, when I went to Efrat in the living-room,
and told her, that I had checked the website of the Israel
railway,
and that, from 4:30 the next morning the railway would work
all the way.
"Indeed?"
Efrat said cynically
It's not nice to judge individual
people,
but it's funny to make fun of corporations.
So that's what we did with the Israeli railway,
"One could
think, that we live in Egypt", said
Efrat.
Right then the commercials were over,
and I stayed on to listen to a news program I hadn't known
about before.
And what was one of three headlines?
"It's been for a week,
that there is no Internet in Egypt!"
Oh, how did we laugh!
But while watching the report, we said to each other,
that this cable-cut in the sea, some 60 km north of Alexandria,
was something that could happen to us as well,
and then what?
And Efrat mocked mine and her husband's dependency
on the Internet!

Using the time of 25 minutes
between the arrival of the bus from Shoham
and the departure of the train from Ben Gurion Airport,
I moved again around in the
Arrival Hall ,
savoring the beautiful architecture
and smiling at the slogans of advertisements,
which seem to hit a deeper "trend" in society:
"notnim et ha-neshama"
= giving the soul
= doing the utmost (to serve
you)!
"poteakh li makhar khadash"
= opens a new morning for me |
This triangular "banister" is created by
glas, running water and lights.
It is the spectacular womb, into which passengers are invited to pass,
before they ascend to the sky.
[see now a marvellous
view from above]
This is the view from inside the "womb"
to the outside,
for someone like me, who does not "ascend" with a plane
(and in fact, the guard said, I
wasn't allowed to be there...),
but descends to the train to go down to the desert....
Talking about "going out" from the
"Arrival Hall" ~~
above the sign of "exit" (where to?)
there is this cryptical three dimensional window (what for?),
with interior lights as well as lights from the outside reflected
in it.
And yet another sight of lights and shades and
glass and stone and sky and trees ~~~~~ above my rails to Beersheva...
Simply everything is perfect in this plane-
and train- station, even the arrangement of the seats for waiting
passengers.
Seeing the red lighted letters announcing not only my train to Beersheva,
but also a train to Modi'in (a new line!),
my belly reminded me of the "trainlessness" I
had experienced two days ago, when I wanted to reach Shoham
and got stuck in that town Modi'in (once my
town, and still the town of my daughter's family)
I found my favorite lonely seat across
the luggage rack
between the exit doors and the phone for announcements.
There - -my ugly, but practical hand-bag
with my precious gadgets,
the mobile drive, the cellphone, the camera,
also the book about King David: "God knows"
and cuttings of "Seth"! |
|
|
Again in memory of the experience two
days ago -
the bus to Jerusalem driving around and around in Kiryat-Gat,
but "ignoring" the railway station
from which I could have caught a train,
I shot the sign of the town ,
when the train to Beersheva stopped there.
I got off at Lehavim (see
the maps 2 days ago),
the only passenger.
Since there was no chance,
that a car from Lehavim would fetch a relative and take me
too,
I tried a short-cut - north -
to the road, from where I could hitchhike.
Since the entire site around the new train-station
was under construction,
it was easy to pass the almost leveled desert
but there was no beauty...
|
My first driver let me
off at Tel Shoqet (see map),
I used the time of waiting for a car, to get the different signs
into one focus:
Tel-Aviv, Beersheva, Hebron and (not visible) Arad, Dead Sea..
It's only after I transferred the photos to my computer, that
I discovered,
how my next driver entered this junction:, before I knew he
would take me!
Itzik and his semi-trailor of
"Zim"!
During our 25 minutes
drive we had a typical, most intense "Rachel-talk"
about his lack of satisfaction in life.
It is my theme, my life-long theme, to help people find full-fill-ment,
and therefore to love themselves.
And the situation of hitchhiking allows me to be blunt and blatant:
"Do you believe that things happen
by accident?"
A faint: "No".
"So, please, open your eyes and see
that you invited me into your truck,
in order to hear through me as your sounding-board,
what your inner voice has been screaming all along:
"Stop feeling a victim of the people who cut down on jobs
and fired you.
"Stop feeling a victim of those customers, who didn't pay
for your work.
"Stop feeling old and unable to learn and find what you
love to do.
"Stop measuring the worth of any work in terms of monetary
reward.
"The purpose of our life is twofold:
one is --- to bring about love"
"oh, there is plenty of love in our house"
he exclaimed and explained,
"and the other is - to bring
about full-fill-ment, satisfaction."
When I tried to show him the possibilities
of computer and Internet,
he said:
"I have two geniuses to teach me,
my wife and my unmarried daughter,
but I simply can't get along with this technology,
I prefer to work in the garden or with my hands,
making things of wood etc."
"There you are!
Only in the very last minute you tell me how gifted and creative
you are.
There is your direction towards full-fill-ment!
One day you'll say thank-you to all those corporations and people,
who dismissed you or misused you,
for if they had continued hiring you, using you,
you would have never found what will give you true full-fill-ment."
And while I descended the steep steps,
I urged him once more:
"Stop being a qorban victim,
become a ribbon master
"
How strange that now (22:00), while working on this page
and listening with half an ear to the opening of the
film-festival in Berlin,
with a film about "Rolling Stones",
I learn, that their breakthrough song was : "I
can't get no satisfaction."
Later I read about "sexual connotations"
in this song.
But if so, sexual dissatisfaction is only the epitome of general
dissatisfaction
At least, the Rolling Stones were aware and could express and
share,
what the true problem of Itzik and most of the rest of humankind
is.

"Zim
Integrated Shipping Services - One of the largest
container shipping companies in the world.
History
of Zim
"The name “ZIM” was suggested by Israel’s
first Minister of Transportation, David Remez, based on
a passage in the Old Testament (Numbers 24:24) in which
the Hebrew word “Zim” is used to refer to “large
vessels.” The name was chosen as appropriate for the
company’s main goal: to build a large merchant fleet.
"Note: some believe that ZIM is an acrostic for the
Hebrew words for Israel Merchant Navy, but this definition
was never officially sanctioned."
It was nice to come in
contact with Zim.
Though on Sept. 12, 1960,
I arrived at this port, the Haifa Harbour, with an Italian
ship, I feel a connection to "Zim".
|
My first sight of Israel, September 1960,
Haifa Harbour |
I
can't get no satisfaction
I can't get no satisfaction
'cause i try and i try and i try and i try
I can't get no, i can't get no When
i'm drivin' in my car
And that man comes on the radio
He's tellin' me more and more
About some useless information
Supposed to fire my imagination
I can't get no, oh no no no
Hey hey hey, that's what i say
I can't get no satisfaction
I can't get no satisfaction
'cause i try and i try and i try and i try
I can't get no, i can't get no
When i'm watchin' my tv
And that man comes on to tell me
How white my shirts can be
But he can't be a man 'cause he doesn't smoke
The same cigarrettes as me
I can't get no, oh no no no
Hey hey hey, that's what i say
I can't get no satisfaction
I can't get no girl reaction
'cause i try and i try and i try and i try
I can't get no, i can't get no
When i'm ridin' round the world
And i'm doin' this and i'm signing that
And i'm tryin' to make some girl
Who tells me baby better come back later next week
'cause you see i'm on losing streak
I can't get no, oh no no no
Hey hey hey, that's what i say
I can't get no, i can't get no
I can't get no satisfaction
No satisfaction, no satisfaction, no satisfaction

"(I
Can't Get No) Satisfaction" is a hit riff-driven rock song
written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards for The
Rolling Stones and produced by Andrew Loog Oldham. Rolling Stone
magazine ranks the song as #2 on its 500 Greatest Songs of All
Time. It also made #1 on VH1's 100 Greatest Rock and Roll Songs
of All Time. The song was
first released as a single in the United States in June 6, 1965
and was also featured on the American version of the Rolling
Stones album Out of Our Heads, released in July of the same
year. "Satisfaction" was a smash hit, giving the Stones
their first number one in the United States. In Europe, the
song initially played only on pirate radio stations because
its lyrics were considered too sexually suggestive.
At night a promo persuaded me to see a
famous movie with a famous actress.
Belle de
Jour.
And since I didn't really understand nor cherish it,
I stayed awake for the follow-up movie, created 39 years later
Belle
Toujours - boring, superficial, an utter waste of time.
Still not "satisfied"
I searched on the Internet, though it was an hour past midnight.
More deterring than "Belle de Jour" is the fact,
that it became sooo popular........

I'm glad I still have a pretty scene on
today's camera:
Three Ethiopian ladies who walked in front of me,
when I came back to Arad and went to the
pool. |

song
of the day
While traveling in the bus
from Shoham to the Airport Train Station,
I wanted to rehearse a pretty, but partly silly
and - in one line - even misleading song.
So I decided to sing only the first stanza
and to change the problematic line in the chorus to:
"tomorrow
will be a new day,
on which we'll meet a new plenitude of experiences"
