The Purpose  of   HEALING - K.I.S.S.

- as stated 12 years ago - was and is

  to help me and my potential P E E R s

"to HEAL ourselves into WHOLEness,

and - by extension - all of CREATion!"

I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

That it was erased on..... Christmas 2008

Wie kannst du nur am Morgen das Licht der Sonne borgen
How can you in the morning ~~~ borrow the light of the sun, but then....

2007_09_21
Eve of Yom Kippur

Wie kannst du nur am Morgen
translated on January 27, 2008

At peace with all the Universe

lyrics:
Christian Morgenstern
1875-1917
Modification of the third stanza on 2007_10_01

Though this author is known for his funny rhymes
he comforted me for decades with this poem...

tune:
Christa-Rachel Bat-Adam
2007_09_21
on the base of a Protestant hymn
(Paul Gerhard 1648: "Nun ruhen alle Waelder")
which in turn is based on a secular song of 1490
(Heinrich Isaak 1490:"O Welt, ich muß dich laßen" )

Wie kannst du nur am Morgen
das Licht der Sonne borgen
und leuchten wie sie selber schier -
und dann, nach wenig Stunden,
ist alles hingeschwunden
und graue, graue Nacht in dir!
[original: und graue Nacht in dir!]

Vergessen ist das Gute,
das köstlich in dir ruhte,
ein Grämling, blickst du freudeleer,
verdrossen aus dem kleinen,
unendlich kleinen Deinen
auf alles, alles um dich her.
[original: auf alles um dich her].

Original:

O halte, Herz, die Wonne,
der goldnen Morgensonne,
die dir so süßen Tag gemacht,
mit Angst und strengem Achten
hoch über trübem Trachten
doch fest bis in die Nacht!
O halte, Herz, die Wonne,
der goldnen Morgensonne,
die dir so frohen Tag gebracht,
mit liebevollem Achten
hoch über trübem Trachten
voll Freude fest bis in die Nacht!

How can you in the morning
borrow the light of the sun
and radiate almost like her-
and then, after a few hours,
everything has vanished,
and the night stays grey in you.

Forgotten are the good things
which rest in you deliciously,
discontented, empty of joy,
you look peevishly out of your small,
infinitely small You,
on everything around you.

O hold, my heart, the delight,
of the golden morning sun,
which brought you such a cheerful day,
with loving mindfulness
high above murky struggling
hold it with joy until the night.

(1)
"At peace with all the universe
Yet filled with zestful fire,
Serene with past achievements,
Alive with new desire,
Aware of distant galaxies
A pebble I admire."

(2)

I wish to be – whole and shalem
and cocreate a life full of love
free of stress and pettiness
full-filled with zest and grate-full-ness
with all mistakes and imperfectness.

(3)

See a world in a grain of sand
a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in your hand
eternity in an hour
Hold infinity in your hand
eternity in an hour

Who is the author of the first stanza?
William Blake or Emerson or another poet?

The second stanza is a slogan,
which I phrased on my 40th birthday, on August 15, 1978,
during a Re-Evaluation Counseling Workshop in North-England.

Some words needed to be replaced on March 17, 2011

And again :
the line before the last was replaced on Febr. 17, 2012

See a "sculpture" of
Aware of distant galaxies - a pebble I admire
in Nourishment > July 11, 2011

On July 30, 2013 I added William Blake's poem
-with slight omissions - as
a third stanza.
To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

Cropped images and subtitles from the video:
The ninth program of the "Masterchef-show"
and the first program with the elected team,
"your portrait as expressed in your cooking"
at the end of which Shela will be dismissed,
on August 17, 2011

read from right to left

"Each of us sees him/herself in a different manner"
[Rachel: why do they look so depressed, especially Shai?]

"I'm neither fish nor meat, I'm a cookie"

Immanuel's profile-dish:
"I'm preparing steak-filet in refined butter
[what I call "ghee" or "samnah"] with wine-sauce and celery-sauce, presented on Polenta of fresh maize (corn?)"

The 2 words "slaughter" and "cook" are written with the same Hebrew consonants.
I do eat meat, when it is given to me by people, who love me and cooked with love,
and this love , I believe, is making up for the "slaughter", that preceded the dish...

Kashrut: Rachel's comment {the background shows the skin of my throat...}

What makes my son's description of his dish even more stringent in my ears,
is the mixture of meat and milk, which is one of the worst taboos in Judaism.
Of course, the participants - as well as the audience of "Masterchef" - know,
that they cannot expect kashrut,
[Unlike in the reality-show "Big Brother" 2008, where it was an "issue" , see in K.i.s.s.-log 2008_10_08]
nor do I myself refrain from eating "taref" .

In "Learn&Live2005-XII" I wrote on January 7, 2011:
"An example of not being "too righteous",
is my approach to eating animals .
I would never buy meat, but if I'm given meat , I eat it,
knowing that it was given with love, and believing, that this love would compensate for the animal's pain.]

There are so many unreasonable laws connected with the 3 rules, on which "kashrut" is based,
and nobody even remembers the reasons, nobody is ever aware of the purpose for those laws,
that I, too, gave up on keeping these commandments right after my Mikvah of becoming Jewish,
when Immanuel's father in Israel sent me a telegram to Frankfurt,
where and when Immanuel and I were converting:
"Don't exaggerate pseudo-religious observations".
In a page about Franz Rosenzweig in K.i.s.s.-Log 2008_08_14 I tell, what Rafael once explained to me:
Rafael [see pp1b: Driving backward to retrieve goodness] turned not into an atheist,
but into the worst anti-theist I ever met in my life. He explained it like this:

"I was preparing for my Bar-Mitzva as was the usage.
In our house everything was kosher as the law requires.
Despite this the rabbi refused to come and dine with us.
This broke my "orthodoxy" into pieces.
From that moment on I stopped to place tefillin.
I stopped everything."

The 3 rules, which I detected, are:
(1)
"Thou shalt not cook a kid in its mother's milk",
this appears in the same wording 3 times: Exodus 23:19; Exodus 34:26; Deuteronomy 14:21
- meaning:
Be aware, that something is not right with the very fact that we slaughter animals.

The awareness, that something is not right, is implied already in the myth of Creation:
Adam and Eve ate fruits! It was only after the Flood, that eating animals was allowed,
and even then ---without the blood, for in the blood is the soul. Genesis 9:1-5
This means,
"long before Israel"- humankind was commanded to at least be aware of what we eat.
At least make a difference between what you eat and what you don't eat,
and don't swallow everything up without distinction, without consciousness.

That something is not right in present Creation,
comes to the forefront in the prophecies about "a new biosphere" in the future,
see what I show and say about this in SongGame 2007_11_27

(2) The second rule has also to do with "havdalah", differentiation, a basic concept in Judaism.
You may eat these and these kinds of animals, but you may not eat other kinds of animals
- meaning, if you learn to distinguish and to differentiate,
you may learn to pay more attention to what you eat,
and - more attention to how you live in general ...
Havdalah - "Differentiation" - is the essence of Creation,
[in the first chapter of the Bible the verb le-havdil = "to differentiate, to distinguish", appears 5 times!
After the exit of Shabbat the Blessing of Havdalah is said - see in K.i.s.s.-log and pp50>2002/02/23-24 ]

(3) The fact that eating pork (pig) is especially abominable to Jews has no explanation in the Bible,
but I found one myself: the brain of a pig is - except for the apes - the closest to the human brain.
In other words - slaughtering and eating pigs, is close to cannibalism!

"See what beauty is hidden in the kernels of the corn without husk, very very soft, sensual and somehow touching"

"I have a bunch of qualities which have an influence on my cooking - there is sensuality in me, lusciousness, romanticism"

"I know that part of the time
I look controlled, quiet,
but inside me
there is burning sensuality
and I think that with this dish
I'll succeed in radiating
most of what I am,
certainly as far as
cooking is concerned"

2011

En-JOY-ing and growing with Mika and my Family
following the documentation "Mika's Heaven on Earth", inserted since Song Game 2007_01_01

Mika's Summer-Holiday Week with Grandma: August 13-21, 2011

Shabbat, August 13, 2011

The next morning - after the birthday celebration - Immanuel, Efrat and Mika leave the house.
They travel to Acco for Efrat's father's 80th birthday
and for a family gathering with the wider (Hahn) family, at the house of Tzippora's daughter Shlomit house at Kfar-Shmaryahu,
while I receive my potential peers Ran Lichtner and Moshe Klein (see Heaven-to-Earth-4).
In the evening when we are the four of us again,
I show the little movies which I suddenly detected among my computer-folders.
They were taken around Mika's second birthday in December 2007.

[there are more old movies - to be cropped and inserted somewhere, sometime]

Sunday, August 14, 2011

Mika suddenly takes a photo of her parents in the kitchen.
Later I take a photo of a rare sight: Immanuel at the piano.

Towards the evening the family of Efrat's brother Shim'on , with his wife Ronnit, and their children Ido and Na'ama, arrive,
in order to spend the night close to the airport, since they'll fly to Holland the next day
[and be met there by Efrat's family on August 23-25..]
At first the harmony between the cousins was good, but then - as so often with Na'ama - Mika made herself a victim,
and her father - in my room - helps her to get out of this role and cope with Na'ama:
"she is so excited towards their flight"...

Shoham, Monday, August 15, 2011

Mika's phrase, said outside the swimming-pool on that morning:
"There is no leadership in our band
[chavurah],
only co-operation!"
[shituf-pe'ulah]
[see Heaven-to-Earth-4, >August 14, 2011]

While we talk about Rosmarin and Carobs,
Suddenly two friends discover each other: Yuli and Mika.
Yuli helps Mika with the cap

After a very good swim together, we come back to "our" place in the back of the pool, and I enjoy this dance:
