Before thanking I must breathe stronger and make eye-movements,
I feel not whole, the time-pressure of Efrat this morning,
the untimely response to Micha's SMS, left already 2 days ago,
while coming back with Nella, the dog, -
"it's only partly relevant now, but can you come next week ",
all these nano pressures need to be breathed and moved,
so I'll feel whole again and joy-full-grate-full to begin my creation.

just to show, how persistent she is with her morning ritual:
Imma:
"Mika, Mika, come, we have to go, I'm in a hurry!"
But Mika, dressed up with shoes and hat runs into grandma's room,
takes two boxes from the little table, climbs up my bed on her own
(since I haven't yet put it in order and without the blankets its lower),
misses one box and says: "
Avanim" stones, and starts to play.
She got 5 more stones from the treasure I brought from the SaltSea.

A message which let me renew my knowing and practising
of
"Emotion have to be moved",
not only the dramatic emotions
of fear and fury, shame and pain,
as expressed in my song,
of stress and pressures, worries and powerlessness,
but also the undefinable "grey" tensions and murky irritations.


I searched for the channeling about "Eye-Movements",
and when I finally found it, as a link in "Paula's Keys to Body",
I discovered that it was also Victor Barr,
who had sent me that link:

Again:
Though the message refers to the "strong" feelings, like panic or fury,
its advice how to move and breathe is just as right and valuable
for the undefinable "jittering of my feelings this morning",
which was soon reflected in the jittering of my eyes..

An Angel Message on healing emotions.

 

Healing the Divine Feminine Force.


The magnetic Divine Feminine force
expresses itself through emotions
and through the physical plane.

 

 

 

Feelings are intense now
because great healing is underway.

Some people are ending lifelong relationships,
leaving projects that they have faithfully given their all to,
experiencing death of loved ones,
and facing uncertain futures.
They may be feeling great fear and trepidation
about politics, health, and the future of earth.

Wounded feelings from childhood are coming up
to be healed in everyone.
There are feelings that need to be healed now.
This is necessary for the transformation of consciousness

in the physical body.

In flowing into these feelings,
sometimes memories surface that feel violent.
They have so much pain associated with them
that the programmed instinctual reflex is to do everything to avoid feeling them.
It feels like life itself is at stake...This is a true panic attack.

Everyone has experienced panic
and these feelings are surfacing now to be healed.
Emotions heal through flowing.

Use eye movement
to relive the tragic event, if you can remember it.
Relive the memory over and over
until all the feelings associated with it have time to flow.
If you cannot remember anything, but just have the feelings,
flow with them using eye movement and deep breathing.

 

These are times when overwhelming feelings are coming up to be healed.

 

 

 

KEEP BREATHING.
Deep rythmic breathing

is the foundation of holotropic breath work.

Just as a woman breathes while giving birth,
keep breathing when panic feelings come up.
In addition to deep breathing, use eye movement

and stay focused on the feelings for as long as it takes for good feelings to return.
Usually this happens quickly.

Traditionally when panic attacks happen~~~
the old paradigm of shutting DOWN the feelings IMMEDIATELY takes over.

This has been Accomplished
through medication, alcohol, diversion, disassociation, denial, magic, hypnosis, etc.

Break the habit and STAY WITH THE PANIC.


The panic passes in SECONDS~~~

BREATHE and use EYE MOVEMENT,


and use every bit of will power and mastery
to stay with the feelings
and to FEEL THE FEELINGS through.

Conscious flowing is how feelings heal.

 

This is important,
everything depends on getting through the feeling and not around it.






Flowing is how EMOTIONS heal,


denial just makes them unconscious

and the body stores them as tension and stress in the musculature.

Use eye movement and deep breathing
instead of giving into disassociation
or destructive acting out.

 

 

It is wonderful when panic comes up.

By healing these emotions,
the Divine Feminine Force is healed.
By healing the emotions of the dark dark wounding,
the body is healed.


It is like having an emotional bowel movement.
Whether it is fear, anger, hopelessness, suffocation, betrayal, shame, etc,
this is the healing process at work.

The next time feelings become unbearable,
stay with the feelings
no matter how painful they are,
use eye movement and keep breathing.
The feelings heal so fast it is amazing.

Often, it is impossible or inadvisable to begin exercising a weak sphincter (like the bladder) directly. ...(since) all the sphincters work simultaneously, it is possible to strengthen a weak sphincter by activating a stronger one. ... most people are able to activate the sphincter muscles that control the eyelids...
STRONG CONTRACTION OF THE EYELIDS is a reflexive reaction to pain. ...if you stub your toe or catch your finger in a door, you will actually feel your eyelids contract strongly,
and with them your entire body, if all the SM are working normally.
90 ...In contrast with sudden pain, a sudden shock makes the mouth gape and the eyes open wide. Contracting the eyelids... makes the SM contract and go back to normal functioning..
..additional benefits... It can help a rigid spine to move and recover its flexibility. It also leaves behind a pleasant feeling of release. If you have ever had the feeling that your body is a single, whole entity, this exercise should confirm that feeling.

..lie on your back with your knees drawn up to your chest and your fingers interlaced, clasping your knees. Squeeze your eyes shut .. as though reacting to some extremely bright light. The area all around your eyes should scrunch up, and the feeling around your mouth and nose may be affected as well. Hold this position for as long as you can, then relax. When you feel you can, contract your eyelids again. Repeat... until the muscles "tell" you to stop. Do not open your eyes during the exercise, even when you relax your eyelids.
After you've repeated the exercise several times,


Note: If you contract your eyelids properly, it should not hurt. If it does, stop... and cover your eyes with your palms. After the pain passes, ...resume if you wish.

CONTRACTING and RELAXING THE EYELIDS

This exercise is a very good point of departure for normalizing the entire body. The motion is delicate and continuous, like the eyelid movement that occurs during sleep.

... soothing effect ... at bedtime... easier to fall asleep. However, if you do it for ...30 minutes or more as part of a workout, it will arouse your whole system into action. .. increased energy and a feeling of well-being, like that after a good night's sleep. ... asthma, sinusitis, insomnia, urinary incontinence, prolapse, hyperactivity, backaches ... relief or even total healing...

... Close your eyelids and do a very gently, rhythmic squeezing motion. As with all the SM exercises, you should do it for as long as you can without experiencing fatigue or discomfort. 15 minutes is a good starting point

VIGOROUS CLOSING and
OPENING OF THE EYES

affects the spine, ... helps to restore the body's overall equilibrium... benefits digestion, . .. squeeze your eyes shut strongly, as you do when reacting to pain. Hold this position for several seconds, then open your eyes very wide.. repeat... often difficult for old people, ...

This week Mika is "the child of the week'.
What a beautiful idea, to show every pupil within a collective of 35 - his/her uniqueness!
Her parents, of course, created a pretty powerpoint presentation,
and will always ask the question, before the image will be shown.
