I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Bruised reed and dark wick

On a human
"he does not yell, not raise his voice",
so how will "your servant" "bring forth" to him "his rightness"?
Make it possible for him to learn
and don't teach him!
Every wave knows instinctively
who's its ocean.

Help him to discharge his pain and his fear,
ask for "his offering from the fruit of his land".
Like Kayin does he yearn to know his own worth -
summon a chance for him to learn about his strength.

Then will stand up "the bruised reed"
and will live;
then again will shine "the dark wick"!
Also "my servant will not darken" ,
if "he has regard for the offering"!
If "you have regard for Kayin"

"you too will not be bruised".

1984 - based on Genesis 4, 2-5 and Isaiah 42, 1-4

Even the best translation falls short of the depth of the original.
So I wonder it it's of any use, to quote an English translation:

Isaiah 42: 2-4
2 He will not shout or cry out,
or raise his voice in the streets.

3 A bruised reed he will not break,
and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.
In faithfulness he will bring forth justice
;

4 he will not falter or be discouraged
till he establishes justice on earth.
In his law the islands will put their hope."

Genesis 4:2-5
Now Abel kept flocks, and Cain worked the soil.
3 In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil
as an offering to the LORD.
4 But Abel brought fat portions
from some of the firstborn of his flock.
YHWH looked with favor on Abel and his offering,
5 but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor.
So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast

Towards the end of my teaching "Jewish Thought"
I worked for 3 months on the sculpting of this poem,
based on two passages in the Bible,
which continue to shape my thinking and acting up to this day.
November 7, 2011, but of which I'm doubting now with great pain!
see pp33 Greatness and Grandeur - the conflict between
"being me/being true" and "not breaking the bruised reed"

Behold! My Servant will grasp it!

Listen to the tune of yet another of the 4 Servant Songs, and an adaptation of the fourth one

Isaiah 52-53
some words and passages are badly translated in this version.,
I should compare different translations in Bible-Gate or find my own!
For the meantime I'm quoting the Buber-Rosenzweig "Verdeutschung".
The last sentence dictated by Franz Rosenzweig, my father-in-love,
"Now there comes the point of all points,
which God has revealed to me in my sleep"

had to do with this chapter, but was left uncomplete, until today......

13 Behold, My servant shall prosper,
he shall be exalted and lifted up,
and shall be very high.
....
2 For he shot up right forth as a sapling,
and as a root out of a dry ground;
he had no form nor comeliness, that we should look upon him,
nor beauty that we should delight in him.
3 He was despised, and forsaken of men,
a man of pains, and acquainted with disease,
and as one from whom men hide their face:
he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

4 Surely our diseases he did bear, and our pains he carried; ..
the chastisement of our welfare was upon him,
and with his stripes we were healed.
...
6 All we like sheep did go astray,
we turned every one to his own way;
and the LORD hath made to light on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed,
though he humbled himself and opened not his mouth;
as a lamb that is led to the slaughter,
and as a sheep
[rakhel] that before her shearers is dumb;
yea, he opened not his mouth. ...
10 if his soul would offer itself in restitution,
that he might see his seed,
prolong his days,
and that the purpose of the LORD might prosper by his hand *)
11 Of the travail of his soul he shall see to the full,
even My servant,
who by his knowledge did justify the Righteous One to the many,
... yet he bore the sin of many..
[2014, Febr. 22: the translation is impossible,
but to understand the text, you not only need to learn Hebrew
but to free yourself from 2000 years of distorted Christian interpretation..

Later addition (see Hebrew explanation below on Aug. 17, 2012]
Wohlan,
ergreifen wirds mein Knecht,
wird sich erheben,
emporgetragen werden,
maechtig ragen.
....
so verschmaeht -
wir achteten sein nicht.

Dennoch:
unsere Krankheiten hat der getragen,
unsere Schmerzen, sie hat er aufgeladen-
...

An Martin Buber, Montag, 9.12.29 [1/2 7 abends]

*) the more I look into the English translation, the more frustrated I am.
But today, Sept. 10, 2010, I MUST change at least one line, verse 10:

and the desire of Hashem will succeed in his hand!

u-matzdiqeê ha-rabbim

Two verses complement and complete the concept of "The Lord's Servant",
- a metaphor for the cosmic-human consciousness that "grasps" the ONE,
for the task of making people feel "righteous", i.e. whole with themselves!

I had been patiently waiting, until a tune would come to me.
And then I saw the animated movie: "The Girl that leaped through Time".
I was touched by the main song, sung in Japanese by the girl Hanako Oku,
and with great effort I adapted the two verses to the first part of "Garnet".

This work also healed much of the prejudice which I always held against Japan...

)2(

Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom,
nor let the rich man glory in his riches;
let not the hero glory in his heroism,
but let him glory in this:

to grasp-to-understand and to know Me,
for I am Ha-Shem, for I am Y-H-W-H

Jeremiah 9
:23 (my rendition and translation)
)1(

And those who grasp-and-understand
shall shine as the radiance of the firmament;
and those who make the Many feel "righteous",
i.e. whole with themselves,
as the stars for ever and ever

Daniel 12

2009_08_27 - Mika's Heaven on Earth
I follow my understanding and new lekh-lekhâ on January 1, 2009,
that - after 7 years - I should no longer create new pages on my 2 websites,
but intermingle the evidence of new experiences with that on existing pages.

On August 1, I decided to re-employ song-page after song-page
for documenting and exploring
the evolution of my youngest grandchild,
a starchild whose assignment for this planet seems to be:
to demonstrate by her own living and doing,
how to playfully create from moment to moment

"zest-fully and full-filled"
[see the previous 6 pages composition]

The composition on the former & the following page
documents the last days of my family at Bet-Nehemya,
before they would move in with my daughter at Modi'in temporarily,
until their newly rented flat at Shoham would be emptied by its tenants.

Already at 6:40 in the morning the workers of the Packing Company appear.
During a break they sit on the newly oiled chairs and chat with the couple.

Mika at the same time takes advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime situation:

The closet in her room is orphaned and needs new inhabitants.

"I'll bring Yael's House!" she declares and drags it with a rope.
When I point my phone-camera at the scene:
"Not yet, savta!"

And now she is ready: she sits in the imagined house....

Sometimes - as on this photo - she reminds me of myself, her grandmother...

All the while Abba is busy with repairing spots on the wall. "Smile, Abba", says his daughter, when she sees me taking his picture

Then it's time for us to be brought to the pool at Shoham.
Since Mika knows, that she would never return to this house,
she suddenly finds weird pretexts to cry.
Abba understands the real reason and takes her around,
to help her part consciously and intentionally .

One last and glorious picture of father and daughter inside the house,
and then she is carried to the car,
in which Efrat will drive Tomer to Modi'in and us to the pool at Shoham.
On their way around the corner they face the truck,
which will bring the family's stuff to a store-house for 4 weeks.

The family will now be sheltered in the house of my daughter's family at Modi'in ,
where I had lived for half a year in my pyramidal tent in the garden in 2000-2001
and then spent so many exciting hours with my grandkids in the years 2001-2003
(instead of many pages and pictures see the end of the last puzzle-piece: Heaven on Earth)

From across the road, where I keep staying in the car with Mika,
I catch Efrat and Tomer and Nella - just entering Ronnit's house.
And I radiate on them, what I so ardently desire for this month,
that that co-creating, in which I once caught Tomer and Mika,
will manifest now in Modi'in as it did in Shoham (2007-2008)
and will even clearer manifest in the new flat at Shoham soon.

Mika and I enjoy the pool once more,
though not as much as the day before.
Since Efrat had gotten a glimpse of jumping Mika
and how she disappeared in the water for a second,
she demanded that Mika be with her floating wings.
Mika, therefore, didn't really need grandma's arms,
the rare intimacy between the two of us was gone,
as was the previous pleasure of jumping for Mika.

Also - I was deeply troubled by what I feared
concerning the drama "stepmother-stepson"..
and I was sad, that I wouldn't be with Mika,
just when the relationship had begun to be
so cheerful and "peer-full"
(a derivation from "Peers", created just now: Sept. 4,2009)

Still, we enjoyed ourselves a lot.
Mika also chose two extremes:
swinging on technical devices,
which are only for big children,
and amusing herself in the pond
for babies and small toddlers.
