I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

COMPLETION

As usual, we bless over our meal in the following way:
everybody chooses one product on the table
and blesses on one or two processes (not more!),
which brought about (nature) or produced (wo/man) this product.
In this case - as last time on Pesach in Arad -
they wanted to think of and say together a common blessing:
"We bless the man in the grocery, who sold us these potatoes,
so that grandma could make puree for us."

When we left for our FULL-MOON walk
and passed by the triangular synagogue,
I asked them to say that blessing again

When we had passed the water-towers,
three events coincided:
the sun went down in the west,
the moon rose up in the east,
and Zipi, my friend and neighbor, joined us.
Starchild joined starchildren.
"How come, you are in Arad?"
"I've finished my National Service today!"

Looking through the telescope towards the Dead Sea in the East
and to Arad, my town, in the West

It was close to nine PM, when we wanted to go home.
I asked them, to start moving, while I gathered our equipment.
When I reached them, I saw the most moving of sights,
and heard the most moving of sounds.
The Four held hands and sang something over and over again.

about a trio of girls,
adapted by the four children
to "Us, the Quartet"

I quietly walked behind them all the way through the moon-lit desert,
until we reached the big road, which leads from Arad to Massada.
There I took some shots, though my cell-phone camera isn't very effective in the dark,
and I finally learnt what they were practising with voices and gestures:
"We are the Quartet"!
"Boys and girls,
big ones and small ones,
and each one presenting an element!

Itamar-Water
Arnon-Air"

When we reached the juncture,
where Sun and Moon and Zipi had joined us,
I had one overwhelming feeling:
"I can die now,
because this is total FULL-FILL-ment!"

Then we reached home,
where abba and imma waited to hug their kids.

Before they took Ayelet with them,
we watched the performance of "We are the Quartet".
Ra'ayah and Micha couldn't possibly fathom the joy,
which grandma felt....
