Our first excursion into nature since a long time: to a hill, which actually is close, but can be reached only through a tunnel under Highway 6.
Since the name of the hill is difficult, we chose to call it the "Succah-Hill", because of this 'succah', which can be seen from Mika's veranda.
Look closely into the olive-tree: can you detect climbing monkey Mika there?

Playing "Autumn", letting leaves snow down on her mother and me below

A song about falling autumn leaves, from one of Mika's CDs. author When I acquainted Mika with this song in Oct. 2009, by singing it myself and teaching her unknown words she became enthusiastic about autumn leaves.

Now a bag of plastic leaves, given to her today by her mother, inspired her to use a crack between step and step of the staircase to her room to let the leaves fall down into the living-room

This time it was her idea to go out, and when we - instead of using the lift - descended the staircase, as she likes to do with me,
she saw her little bike among a heap of grownups' bikes and - though she is not yet an enthusiastic biker, wanted to take it.

When we reached her goal, the tower in the park, where we used to have great fun in the past (long ago..)
she looked at the iron pole: "Am I still too small to glide down on it?" "I'll help you trying!" I said,
and after three times training with my help, she could do it alone. [See a scene with this tower on April 13, 2010!]

When I was "allowed" to sit with her on her bed, before she went to sleep,
I placed her horizontally on my knees, with her back to me and tapped her fast from neck to behind,
sometimes with my fingers, sometimes with my hand and - according to her quest - even with my fist
She liked it immensely and described it with an amazing metaphor:
Like lightening and thunderbolts treading-stamping - roq'im - on a weak cloud!
The verb "roq'im" she used, is so rare, that I myself have never used it in my life.

"Grandma", she called, "don't you think you should photograph me, while I clean the rail of the staircase?"

Mika told about her experiences in Berlin.
"In the zoo I saw a lion, and also a lioness: lion and lioness were lying together!"
I reminded her, that it was there (in summer 1960), where I had met her greatgrandmother,
and that because of the connection Edith Rosenzweig made between me and her son Rafael, that she is called Mika Rosenzweig.
I added: "I was there 3 months", and she countered: "and we were there 3 days!"

On Febr.22 , 2011, I came across a pretty composition in Godchannel's "Liberation"
a sculpture outside the pages of "Closeups and Finetunings in 2007" (which includes pages about Mika since her birth)
and outside "SongGame2007>January 1 till July 23" [which includes Mika's Heaven-on-Earth Aug. 2009-Dec.2010]

GOD has drawers of the heart. Joy, Grief and Surprise, says Mika. "But he does not really look like that, Like that I want to show him!"

Mika painted "Snow-White" before we had the rare chance to see the original Walt-Disney movie on TV, on Shabbat, Febr. 25, 2011, a movie which I now watched from a very different perspective than I must have watched it in the past.
