Channelers' note:
Many contributions to the site have been addressed directly to
us.
We have posted some of these below, including our replies.
Who are you channeling?

I just recently found your website
and find the information very helpful in my spiritual journey.
I am concerned about a friend of mine who claims that "God"
is speaking through her.
After a channeling class that we took about 6 months ago, we both
started to do automatic writing.
She seemed to progress along further than me and was able to contact
her guides very easily.
She was actually able to feel their energy and "they"
could control her movements.
Channelers:
The first step in channeling is making contact with your source.
If you are simply open and ready to channel any spirit or entity,
you may not necessarily get a high quality of light.
There are different approaches to contacting a source,
and entities contacted through automatic writing and Ouija Boards
are often quite playful, but some can be tricksters,
and others can even be mean spirited.
We don't recommend these methods of channeling,
at least without a very firm intention about who you will be channeling.
Still, with a firm intention of connecting with a specific source
it's quite possible to contact helpful beings in these ways.
After a few months, "God" spoke through
her and prophesied that we were going to both be involved in healing.
We are both at Reiki I level.
However, there was going to be a healing of a very important famous
person that would come to her house.
Many dates were given but nothing happened.
Channelers:
As far as we know,
God himself doesn't get involved in "seeing",
or fortune telling kinds of advice.
This voice tells her what she has to wear, who
to call or speak to, how to clean her house, what kind of groceries
to buy.
For three weeks she was kept up for many hours at night and was
told that she had to face many of her demons.
She believes this voice totally and thinks these are all tests
or lessons that she must learn.
Channelers: This doesn't fit with our understanding
of how God communicates with humans,
at least in these times.
God seems to be very supportive of free will and not
bossy.
Of course anything is possible,
but there's also room for confusion here.
This could be an aspect of herself.
In our experience the "voice" God uses
sounds very much like our own inner voice.
There are some tips about
how to tell the difference in the channeling
class and discussion.
Since I do believe that one can communicate with
higher beings, I don't doubt that she is channeling,
however, I'm not too sure about this entity that is calling itself
"God". Why would it if it isn't?
Channelers:
This is a very good question.
Our experience is that only God identifies himself in this way,
assuming there truly is a transpersonal inner connection.
However, it may not be transpersonal.
As we mentioned, it may be an aspect of her own being
that is trying to get through to her,
and is "borrowing" God's identity to get her attention.
Plus I don't believe God would actually tell
you what to do especially those things I mentioned above.
This entity has spoken to me through her and I don't think it
is "bad" but it makes predictions about my family and
hers.
Actually they are not bad - mainly that we are going to be involved
in a miracle and will spread the word of God and be his disciples.
I am very confused as to what I should do.
I would love to believe it is God and that we are going to be
famous but...
I would appreciate any help and advise on this matter.
Channelers:
It's probably a good idea to review the
channeling class material,
and do some channeling of your own about this.
The fact that you're concerned
about the veracity of your friend's connection
may be a sign that you're ready
to find your own independent connection with God.
The exercises and practices suggested in the class
may help you get clear about what's really going on.

What sort of response have you received for assistance in channeling?
I have received messages from within in direct response to questions
I posed.
There is a marked difference in the quality and tone/feeling of
communication during these occurrences
and they seem to pick up speed as we converse.
I am unsure of how consistent the connection may be accessed but
am willing to assist god in any way that seems appropriate.
Love your site. Found it "by accident" hahahaha!

You seem to be describing the channeling experience.
The best approach to keeping a consistent connection
seems to be to follow along with it,
and don't "try" too much or too hard.
Let it happen, but don't run away from it or let it slide either.

Comment:
Hmmmm. . .In the healing class pages "you" mention "Lucifer",
which narrows things down a bit.
Only the Hebrew/Judeo-Christian/Islam religions have this devil
concept.
These are the religions that separate people the most,
instill fear and the belief in separation from each other and
from spirit,
and generally lead to violence.
The Hindu, Buddhist, and Pagan
religions,
basically the non middle eastern religions don't have a Satan
concept.
The regions where these beliefs are common are far less war torn.
The fact that you mention 'Lucifer' tells me a lot about you.

We don't have a particular "religious" orientation.
Our Source tells us
that the only religion he recommends
is the one you find in your heart,
and while every religion has had value,
it is better to connect with God directly
rather than through intermediaries.
Regarding "Lucifer",
there are many languages used to describe
the actual reality of Matter, Antimatter,
and all of the many manifestations of conflict and resolution,
and even science is creating its own new language
to describe this stuff.
None of these languages is the Actual Reality.
The use of language which describes Lucifer on these pages
is speaking to some of the most prevalent
and deeply seated imagery of this culture.
We believe that working within these belief systems,
and imagistic realities is very important
in enabling us to evolve out of them.
And we disagree
that these concepts
are not a part of other cultural road maps.
In Buddhism
lack of balance creates all sorts of "negative" consequences,
complete with "hungry ghosts" and "wrathful deities",
and within the realm of the religions you mentioned
there is much ongoing war and bloodshed over ideologies.
So, on the one hand yes,
Lucifer is a human name given to an energy
which we are collectively trying to heal within us,
and in the world around us.
But that energy
is very present within all human relations
on this planet at this time,
even when it is described in nonentity terms like these.
Pagan religions,
of which Hindu is one,
collect these descriptions
into many underworld and nasty gods and goddesses.
The ongoing warfare between these gods
is acted out again and again by Pagan cultures,
and India has notoriously been
a brutal and bloody society in which to live,
as were the European countries of old.
The current fantasy of Pagans as peaceful & Goddess worshiping,
and therefore feminine monotheists,
is not historically correct.
If we wish to truly heal from our bloody roots,
especially those of us who love and worship the Goddess,
we must admit to the bloody and violent history of our own religions,
and seek to heal them as well.
We do not wish to deny the place of world religions
in the ultimate healing of the planet,
but given that we're working within a Judeo-Christian society,
we must work with the judgments
which are activated here.
Please look at your attachment to the idea
that Pagans are better.
We are all going to need to heal into newness ~
and attachments to old forms, or images of old forms,
will make this very difficult.

Yes, some updates have been only to post a question or comment
and channeled response.
Several other readers and contributors have asked that we include
an update page,
so we've gone back to using the update notification page we discontinued
last summer.

I have channeled a great deal through automatic writing
but it's usually to find out how my Dad is doing
and ask specific guidance-type questions about things that are
happening to me.
Through this writing I have found incredible peace and love.
I have been contacted by "Masters"
who, apparently are very knowledgeable about certain things.
I was also contacted 2 or 3 times by the Master known as Jesus
and also by the one known as Joseph (his father on earth).
It was quite an honor.
He helped me out by telling me that I have to have goals and vision.
If I want something, I write it down exactly as I want it to be
and believe.
He was right but I still have trouble figuring out what
I want to do with my life.
If there is a way that I can get updated through
e-mail whenever you update your Website,
I'd really appreciate it.
You are doing a wonderful thing
and I know it will help others find out
how wonderful things could really be if we just make it happen.

I only have had one experience with channeling, but I am in the
process of learning.
I just want to let you know that I am interested in helping channel
God
and will be eagerly reading the "Channeling Class"..when
its is online.
I have read up to Heart Song in the Right Use of Will books [see
RUOW Books] and have read some Seth
material.
I will be reading the other recommended material as I await your
response and updates to the site.
