As for me,
closeness to God is good for me
I am always with you
you hold me by my right hand
with your counsel you guide me
Whom have I in heaven? and with you
I do not desire the earth

"In the Hiddenness of YOUR Face" - Missouri
Artist Connie Tom
On
the Internet I found this info Composer: Melody, Kentucky Harmony, 1816 Author: Geoffrey A. Studdert-Kennedy, 1921 1 Awake, awake to love and work! The lark is in the sky; The fields are wet with diamond dew; The worlds awake to cry Their blessings on the Lord of life, As He goes meekly by. 2 3 |
"Awake, awake" was taught to us by
a participant from New Zealand I liked the tune and the first stanza so much, |
2009_06_15
I often quoted the two words: be-seter panaekha - in the
hide of your face - as indicating my place.
Now I came upon a verse, which is very similar to the second stanza of my
song,
BUT - the ending : be-tzur yeromemeni: on a rock he lifts
me - is contrasting this hiddenness strongly...
For He concealeth me in His succoh [thicket of shrubs] ... He hideth me in the covert of His tent; He lifteth me up upon a rock Psalm 27:5 |

- Mika's Heaven on Earth Since August 1, 2009, I employ song-page after song-page for documenting and exploring the evolution of Mika my youngest grandchild, whose assignment seems to be: to demonstrate to humankind by her own living and doing, how to playfully create from moment to moment "zest-fully and full-filled" [see previous composition] |
"....Manifestation is meant to be
a playground
where being and doing are fun..."
[Godchannel,
Second Interview with the Folks]
Since Mika's thread has reached
SongGame 2007_03_17,
I've been creating a more comprehensive composition than before:
Not only a sculpture made up of Mika's personal, individual being ~ playing
~ living
but a composition of the major experiences of her family -on this planet -at
this time.
This will include scenes in the recent past, from Immanuel's album [since
2010_01_01]
and relevant e-mail quotes from Abraham
or quotes from other nourishing
sources.
Daily e-mail quote from "Abraham" (2002) on April 7, 2010 Illness or pain is just an extension of negative emotion. When you are no longer feeling any resistance to it, it's a non-issue. |
Daily e-mail quote from "Abraham" (2004) on April 9, 2010 You are adaptive Beings. And you're not finished as a species in your evolution. You are as unevolved now to what you will be 2000 years from now, or a million years from now —as the relics that you are digging up of the cave man. You are…we are all eternally continuing to evolve. |
Mika's mother works with Levi, Immanuel's "foster-brother",
and Levi's wife Ayelet.
So, of course, Mika was invited for
their daughter No'am's birthday on January 30.
with Ronni, the daughter of Talli, Efrat's friend and colleague in Levi's Education through Dancing Business -s. a demonstration at Shoham |
"Do I have a responsibility |
Forward again to my
desert-sitting on Shabbat, April 10, 2010.
Suddenly I DID feel the zest and the strength to get up and walk.
My closest destination: the tamarisk in Wadi Khaesed,
into which "runs" my "Wadi Khaemlah"
[both words mean "compassion", but the first one
is official and on the map!]
(see how I experienced the day
after the rain there, in 2009)
I again sit in the shade, this time provided by a tree
, not by rocks,
and this time I look into the opposite direction, east,
not away from my neighborhood "Shaqed" (almond),
but towards it.
there is still water left from the last desert-rain
receding slowly and leaving a muddy surrounding, trampled by camels and sheep
See my backpack beyond the pond under the tamarisk tree
and the neighborhood called "Rotem" gliding down the slope
Daily e-mail quote from "Abraham" (1998) on April 11, 2010 Be easy about it. Don't rush into things. Savor them more. ... and in all you do, let your dominant intent be to find that which pleasures you as you imagine it. Let your desire for pleasure and your desire for feeling good be your only guiding light. As you seek those thoughts that feel good, you will always be in vibrational harmony with the Energy that is your Source. And under those conditions, only good can come to you -- and only good can come from you. |
And again, from this puddle, this last remnant of this
winter's desert-rain
I jump to Immanuel's and Tomer's floating on the Amazonas, a week earlier.
A dark river and a bright river are merging and coalescing:
Daily e-mail quote from "Abraham" on April 12, 2010 Many tell us that they are so busy making their money that they do not have time to enjoy it~~~ for when you rely on your action to create, often you are too tired to enjoy your creation. Once you not only understand the power of your thought, but you deliberately direct this powerful tool in the direction of things that you desire, then you will discover that the action part of your life is the way you enjoy what you have created through your thought. |
