The
Purpose of HEALING - K.I.S.S.
- as stated 12 years ago - was and is
to help me and my potential P E E R s
"to HEAL ourselves into WHOLEness,
and - by extension - all of CREATion!" |
|
I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a pioneer of Evolution
in learning to feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I
want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

May
3 , SHABBAT, , at Shoham
re-edited on May 3, 2013, at Arad

MY INTENTION and PLAN for
TODAY
Know exactly what you want, communicate clearly what you want,
then get out of the way, live and play, and let happen what
may!
10:00
I desire to assimilate the manifold
and strong experiences and interactions at Neot
Kdumim,
as well as at Shoham, - with Joel, Immanuel's stepbrother, and
Tova, his wife, who visited.
I desire - on this Shabbat - to rest as much as my obsession
with creating on Kiss-log allows for
and to alternate resting alone with being available to Immanuel,
Efrat and especially Mika,
giving and receiving joy and
harmony.

hodayot [thanksgivings] for
today
10:20
My Body,
my Partner,
my God
I give thanks to you for not causing me the slightest worry,
(like Tova who worries about her "fatty
liver",
or Joel, who - "like most people we know" -takes
a daily pill against cholesterol)
and only caused me to jump up
twice this night
with cramps in both lower legs, after a day which was so very
intense.
I beg you to inform me, how I can spare you such pains,
and thank you for the very ability of our legs to jump up
from bed
and stomp on our feet in order to release the cramps.
There was so much to be grate-full for
yesterday,
that I'll disperse my more detailed thanksgivings among the
images,
when their turn to be inserted here, will
come.
Thanks to Nathanja, her fetching me
from the Tel-Aviv trainstation,
our open talk and for having organized the event at Neot
Kdumim
Thanks to Hilleke, the pained wife, and her listening to my
advice.
Thanks to Michal Kaufmann, who guided us in the Biblical Landscape.
Thanks to Sami Kamaal of the (late) Jerusalem
Times.and his caring for me.
Thanks to Amos and Gilla Froehlich (also a convert) from Shavey-Zion.
Thanks to my old (1960) friends, Michael and Daniele (Ouahnon)
Krupp
from Beit-Hakerem, Jerusalem, rediscovered after 21 years.
Thanks to Malka Golan, to Orit ben-Artzi, and to Michal Henkin,
Haifa,
and to Bracha Tor from Mitzpe-Netofa
and her family's singing of "Halleluja".

As to more
of the experiences&images of this event on Friday, May 2

At about 5 PM, after Nathanja had brought me back
to Shoham,
Mika was just about to wake up from her afternoon nap,
and we went out, as usual.
|
Mika was enchanted with the spontaneous
dancing
of these girls on the playground |
|
When the girls were gone,
she watched the little boys
and inspired by them, knew
what she wanted to do herself:
Since what she tried to do,
was so dangerous,
I couldn't take her picture:
it's a merry go round
for one person only.
and too scary for Mika
to sit on.
But she pushes it with her hands,
and then has to jump aside,
in order not to get hurt.
When she was done with that one,
she came to this device,
which is still a bit beyond her strength.
But she focuses enormously,
and then
- when pushing the central wheel -
can make the merry-go-round
go round!
|
Since it was difficult
to do this while sitting,
she stood up and propped her body in a way,
that she could move the world like
Archimedes...
"Give me
a place to stand on, and I will move the Earth."
|
|
|
When the sun set, we began to walk home.
I led her to this fence around a sculpture called "Tzmikhah"
growth,
since she likes to count the bars - in her way of counting:
One, two, three, four, seven, eight...
|
Immanuel,
the chef, had a pretext to cook an excellent dinner:
His stepbrother Joel (60) with his wife Tova would come to visit.
Since everyone meets everyone on the many family occasions,
it does not happen often, that these brothers meet "in
private".
The conversation~~communication,
after Mika was in bed, was deep,
though mostly old pains concerning their father re-appeared.
But perhaps the very talking
- together with a tiny input from me,
about the pitiable early childhood of Rafael,
provided a tiny healing
|
Edith Rosenzweig
to Gritli Rosenstock June 1, 1925
She tells about the predicament of having lost a nurse,
"and to teach the new one is maddening."
"We must start at 8:30, i.e. get up at 7:00,
so that Franz will have finished at least with his first breakfast
until 12:00...
[The paralysis included the
muscles to swallow!]
I don't get a chance to leave the room
at all, which is torturous,...
Rafael [then 2 3/4 years
old] is sweet now and speaks almost
everything.
But I'm constantly close to crying, when I see him;
for my relationship to him consists mainly in throwing him
out ,
the 2 or 3 times a day he comes into the room.
There are days, when I don't get to see him at all until the
afternoon.
It's anyway so extremely difficult,
since these months and years are for ever ever lost."
|
|
Mika
(hardly visible behind her father)
enjoys eating "together",
especially
on Shabbat Eve,
when we sing
some Shabbat songs
for kids.
Tova's answering
an untimely call
from Asaf,
her youngest sons,
was met with
some disapproval,
but Immanuel
could hear "live",
how much
she praised his food.
|
Since Efrat had warned me,
"not to take photos,
since people don't like that!"
I dared to take only these three.
During the nicest take,
- Mika on Joel's lap -
my hands trembled....
|
|
The next morning, today on Shabbat, Mika and I
go out again.
|
I tried not to take photos,
since there is such a backlog
of images to be inserted ,
but this scene should be remembered.
Mika: "I'm sitting on a rock!"
Grandma: "No, I'm sitting on the
rock,
while you are sitting
on a man-made staircase.
How should she understand,
what's "man-made",
in Hebrew:
"made by bne-adam", "sons of Adam"?
So I start to teach her about "bne-adam".
What makes it complicated, is
that in the singular she must differentiate
between "ben-adam", a male person,
and "bat-adam", a female person.
She doesn't get it at all,
and says:
"I'm sitting on Adam!"
For one of her kindergarden peers
is called "Adam"!.... |
Our late afternoon walk heads to the closest
playground, 5 houses from ours in the same street.
This was Mika's headstrong wish this time.
|
For
some time Mika is the only visitor, but that doesn't bother
her.
She always finds something exciting to do.
Then a young father comes with a boy,
who is called Yuval, as I soon discern.
He is exactly 3 years older than Mika, as I learn later.
Cautiously the kids begin to bond.
Yuval is the aggressive one, attempting to collide with her.
But Mika is not "zimperlich", as one says in German,
(finicky?)
- she laughs.
When it becomes too dangerous,
I ask the father, if I can take off Yuval's sandals.
The father all the time wants to go home,
but keeps postponing it, seeing the kids happy.
Mika, of course, also wants to take off her shoes.
And, of course, the socks.
"Why doesn't Yuval wear socks?"
"Because he came with sandals."
|
Pictures like these I call "Heaven-on-Earth-in-Body"...
|
When we begin to go home too,
we discern something strange
across the playground.
At first we can't discover,
what it is .
We decide to find out,
we draw near the house:
From one window
on an upper floor
a long, long flag-like stripe
runs down to somewhere.
From another window
an endless chain of tiny lights
slides to the ceiling of the entry.
The color of the bulbs alternates
between yellow,
blue,
and yellow-blew.
It is fascinating,
and Mika doesn't want to leave,
until I drag her away forcibly.
Learning about
Independence Day
Mika, of course, knows
what a flag is,
(and doesn't know
her grandma's aversion...)
and learns from me
to draw,
or compose with sticks,
a "Magen David",
a Star of David.
I don't know
what to make of this idea
the rolling blue white stripe,
and the rolling blue-yellow
lights...
|
While we watched the ants,
some of them carrying loads longer than themselves,
it became cooler , and I had to call Efrat at home and ask her
to bring a coat for Mika - to a certain spot in the Hevel-Park |
|
More
of Mika
and the fantastic ancient trunk of the "Friendship Tree"
|
|
At home - since she trains to manage without diapers,
- we let her move around the flat with a naked "tussik".
While she sits on my bed and chooses to play with her ice-cream sticks,
I manage to finally transfer a sound-file from my cellphone to the
computer and then let her listen to it:
It is the laughter of the three girls, when they clicked the cups
in the bathtub and shouted "le-hayim".
