While the dismissal-judgment
is passed on Ilan,
the man who had started out for Masterchef
with Immanuel,
Avi has strange feelings,
and later - in one of the private interviews,
which accompany the cooking throughout
a day of shooting:
he says:

"but there is nothing to be done,
I know that I'm human
but I like so much to cook"

"You go home today,
Ilan"



"It was
a perfect experience,
the most enjoyable
which I had in my life"

 

 

Ilan doesn't blink.

Chaim:

En-JOY-ing and growing with Mika and my Family
following the documentation "Mika's Heaven on Earth", inserted since Song Game 2007_01_01

continued from SongGame 2007_10_23

Mika, since she was a baby, is peculiar concerning her clothes,
always something is not comfortable enough.
the tiny patch sown to each dress about the manufacturer etc.
must be cut off before she even tries something new.
I can understand her only too well,
though when I was a child,
there were no clothes to be fuzzy about.
Today Efrat drives us to the pool and cannot understand,
what is wrong with this so pretty dress,
which Abba recently brought her from China.

And as to the pool itself,
perhaps our last togetherness there in this season,
it was so crowded that I suffered terribly for the first 3 hours,
the more so, as I had just gotten the correspondence,
between my son and his son
and I could see the unfathomable pain of both.
Moreover, at one time - on the lawn -
when Mika in one of her attacks of silliness
spilled not only water on my hair
but the juice of the icecream
I really got angry,
since only the day before I had washed my hair,
and I do this only once a week.
I walked away from her, but not at all out of sight.
She was terribly hurt by that act,
and though I asked for forgiveness, it took some time...
I ended this process by praying aloud:
"I hope that before we go home, something good will happen."

Then the pool, which on this Shabbat was free for everybody,
because of the local bicycle rally, emptied a bit,
and our last 30 minutes were filled with such co-swimming,
that it was a compensation for the 3 hours before.
Suddenly Mika swam, like I had taught her,
(not like she had learnt in the course)
with the head above the water
and the arms trusted forward like an arrow
And she so enjoyed it to simply swimming beside me
without anyone crossing our path or hitting our bodies.

 

Shortly after we came home, we went out again, because a friend was waiting for her on the near playground.
The two girls sat on a rock sculpture and watched two boys toying around with card-boxes and their contents.
Later, when only her mother stayed on, while I went home, less pleasant things happened with those boys...
and why? because I had yielded to Mika's demand to let Nella stay with her...





Mika was about to enter the bathtube,
when I heard her singing
something strange.

"I create the humans",

It was a song about how
she creates the world,
more or less in line
with the biblical story in Genesis 1.

I asked her to sing this again,
so I could record it.
She did so,
while her mother showered her.
It wasn't as good as the first time,
but still stunning.
