Mika
and her friends: "I want to know all the children of the world" Here she prevents Keshet (rainbow) to run towards the road with its cars. Mika and the World: Here she follows the TV reality series: A star is born The last event was too late for her to stay up. When - first thing in the morning - she asked me: "Who became the Star? " and I told her: "Diana!" she said: "I'm glad! I wanted her to win! But Ohad (one of the 3 finalists) --- he didn't feel hurt, did he?"
where being and playing are fun" [Godchannel]

Eve of Succot, Sept. 22, 2010,
While Efrat and Mika travel to Acco for the festival,
I'm fetched by Micha , Arnon and Ayelet, in order to drive to Arad and create
our own succah...
Succot, Oct. 22, 2010
[See Succot with Mika,
in 2009]
They enter my gate, my veranda , my one-room home,
but soon Arnon and even Ayelet begin with their creative work
of structuring a succah,
with the help of the triangle from my Dead Sea period March 13-May 15, 2000,
and pretty strings made by their mother of those
"handles" from which nylon bags are hanging in the grocery
Outside the veranda: peeping through the "Arc
de Triomphe" towards my wide open gate, through which we all entered
The Four Species: the myrtle, the date, the aetrog (presented by a lemon) and the willow [presented by a branch from one of the 4 young trees, called Bluish Shitah, Acacia Saligna , which is considered an "invasive plant", but I'm grateful that it invaded my garden. "Acacia saligna grows as a small, dense, spreading tree with a short trunk and a weeping habit" , i.e. weeping like that of a willow! I had brought the poster with the song with me from Shoham, but to my regret, Micha, Arnon and Ayelet weren't interested in learning or singing the song and understanding its secret, which is the secret of the existence and vocation of Israel! A week later Lior and Amit, my landlords' kids picked it up and decided, that it had to be glued to my entrance door! Little Amir - whose painting of January 2010 - was the only item, which had appeared on this door before, also glued one of Mika's "pompons" on the poster |
They didn't want anything "ceremonial",
but they gave me a greater gift:
Micha asked me something about the living-conditions of my childhood
- not a succah or a tent, but no flat for ourselves for many years -
and it was from there, that I told and told, and all three asked questions
and I told more and enjoyed it immensely that I was listened to by them!
The next morning, Succot, Sept. 23, 2010
I enjoy the Succah, though I am alone
My endeavors to catch a genuine perspective of Arnon's
and Ayelet's creation finally succeeded.
There it is: the triangular tent-roof of our succah on my veranda, the triangle
from the Dead Sea,
where Micha and Ra'ayah with their two little kids were the only ones from
among my family,
who visited me and who let me photograph "the house", in
which I lived for 3 months in 2000.
