"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!

2007_03_31 - The Four Girls

Efrat, my daughter-in-love, finally dared to join her husband, the pilot,
for a weekend in London,
and arranged, that not only grandma would take care of her baby(15 months),
but also Elah, Mika's step-sister, my son Immanuel's eldest daughter (19 1/2).
I thought it a good idea, to also invite Rotem (almost 14), my daughter's daughter,
so that she could enjoy not only being with grandma, which she had wished for,
but also the company of her eldest and her youngest cousin, Elah and Mika.

Preparing myself for a complex situation:


I desire,
that Mika will be happy with us
and connect to the three of us,
Elah~Rotem~Grandma.



I desire,
that the wounds between me and Elah will heal
thanks to this ingenious arrangement of Efrat.



I desire,
that Rotem will receive from me what she needs
--- without being overwhelmed by me.



And I'll breathe and move and vibrate all my fears
and also the urge to be on my own and home.
