Between climbing up and stepping down again and again - another scene took place:
|
|
Finally we leave the staircase in that little park and walk on
"Lebad!" she pushes her stroller up the empty street. |
"Lebad!" ("levad"=alone) she screams, when we want to help her move it to the sidewalk |
Mika's goal is a long, long railing
with just enough space between the bars for Mika to fall down into the abyss.
When we discover this, Abba starts to guard her carefully:
From that railing and the view across my
Wadi-of-Compassion to another neighborhood of Arad
we turn into the little street of my house.
It should take us a moment to reach it, but with Mika it takes at least 15
minutes.
Soon she discovers a new challenge, a wall of natural stones, with holes in
between.
But that is just the beginning
of the wall-challenge. |
Before I'll move to the glorious finale of this wonderful 100
minutes journey,
I want to insert some flash-backs - images with no activity, but with much
love:
Refuge from the Israel-Lebanon war in Aunt Dita's house at Even-Yehuda August 6 and 8, 2006 |
Laughing and crying with Abba, Nov.11, 2006, visiting Grandma in Arad |
December 12 and 13, 2006, still in the Galilee |

"I'm documenting everything in our flat, so that
you, Grandma, will remember!"
[see
context:]
Grandma:
I did not change Mika's perspective
, i.e. I did not crop out, what I, in my case, would have emphasized.
I only down-sized the originals and automatically
adjusted the colors with the help of my software "Firework",
nor did I change
the order of Mika's choice - - - or delete less attractive photos.
Mika's photo-documentation of her home, Continued
Adjacent to "my" room is the room of Tomer, which he uses, when he comes home from his boarding-school, but which Efrat uses for her laundry and other "mess", when he is away |
Then she
takes the corner of Tomer's "study" with a huge computer, with TV and whatever kids of nowaday need to not be bored and perhaps even learn or create something |
|
Finally
she places herself in front of the high-low mirror, which we all use, when we want to see all of ourselves... |
and back to the living-room, |
Mika's witch, which is able to produce a horrid laughter, when Mika wants to scare someone |
Nella's place in the corner under the book-shelves |
