My Body, my Partner, my God
I give thanks to you for being able to sit here and focus on today's altar,
despite the great pain in our lower back - while exercising our ring-muscles.

I am grate-full for Immanuel's kindness in helping me to figure out,
(while also playing with and caring for Mika, who is on holiday)
how to install the "Google-Search" on Healingkiss with its old layout,
and for his skill, perseverance and promise to continue the process.

I am grate-full for the incredibly sweet long outing with Mika alone,
in the Hevel-Park, first on the Shoham-Tur'aan Friendship Olive-Tree,
then sitting next to an ant hole and watching the busy laborers,
then with "the children", whom she yearned to watch on the playground
(an hour after she had heard a boy cry, because he had hurt himself,
she mentioned: "the boy~~~ he cried~~~ hu qibbel makkah~~"),
her dangerous experimenting with pushing swings and other devices
- which demanded highest alertness on my part and teaching her caution,
her continuous singing, while "resting" on one of the jumpy "animals"
after that watching the high palm trees in the dark, lamp-lit park,
and finally walking home, singing together "simi lev ohev",
[following the song about 'in Body there is a heart that loves' ,
instead of all the time saying: "be careful"=simi lev- put heart"]
and rehearsing the Grace, focusing on the line she still has difficulty with:
Do you know, where 'elohim' is? In your heart! "be-lev shaeli", she repeats.
