Singing&Sounding keeps me Sound

lyrics:
from the Jewish prayer-book based on Job (Hiob) 25:2 |
tune: Nurit Hirsch |
the song can be heard - in better
quality - in 3 performances |
Nurit Hirsch herself tells in one of the videos
on her site,
that she was especially touched, when she heard,
that a group of Israeli Jews and Arabs sang the song in Auschwitz,
and that they changed the words:
"he will make peace over all Israel"
into
"he will make peace over all the world"

Second Interview with the Folks]
Last scene on Shabbat, April 24, 2010
Since Mika's nightmares have intensified lately, Efrat bought three books for kids which try to cope with kids' fear of darkness. I'm happy, that such themes are touched now, even though the authors lack information concerning feelings and judgments, i.e. beliefs which produce many of the feelings. A week later I tried another method: imagining good dreams. It worked during two nights, but has still to be tested on the long range. |

It is the last time, that I want to document ALL of Mika's experiences, minute
after minute!
The first thing in the morning, for many weeks now,
is her homeopathic medicine,
which is meant to melt away the blocks in Mika's ear-canals.
Her hearing had, indeed, become much improved after only 3 days.
Efrat praises and recommends that doctor to everyone,
never mind the money he took for 2 hours of the non-physical checkup.
Talking about hearing/listening:
what Mika chose to do on this morning during the short time before kindergarden,
was to play "orchestra" with my Tibetian bowl, which I had decided
to lend her,
and with Chinese eating-sticks
In the garden, next to the baby fig-tree, we discovered
this pretty flower composition

Since it's summer-time and day-light till half past seven,

On our way to Zohar-Park, Mika's destination,
we pass by not only fathers with children on wheels,
but also a wheelchair and a woman driven by a "foreign worker"
(see my pain about
the "foreign workers")

Mika approaches the mound above the playground
So the boy leaves, and Mika, who had hoped for a playmate, feels deserted |
