[Godchannel,
Second Interview with the Folks]
Since Mika's thread has reached
SongGame 2007_03_17,
I've been creating a more comprehensive composition than before:
Not only a sculpture made up of Mika's personal, individual being ~ playing
~ living
but a composition of the major experiences of her family - on this planet
- at this time.
April 14, 2010
Another experience with Mika's interacting with a
kindergarden mate,
who is much prettier than Gal,
but not as "resonating" with me as Gal.
First : a flashback to 2010_02_26- Purim , Mika and
Youli
For some time the two friends demanded "to play alone"
in Mika's room,
but came out of it , when yet another family came to check the flat.
This third flat within 3 years of my family's move to Shoham near the airport,
[so as to live close to Immanuel's job as a pilot of the El-Al company],
is for sale now,
since Immanuel and Efrat will soon (on July 1, 2010) move into their own flat,
which they have finally accomplished "buying" with the compensation-money
for Efrat's and Mika's almost fatal accident,
a week before the 2nd Lebanon War in July 2006
While the girls enjoy the company of the little boy
and of Mika's dog, |
After the departure of that family, the girls come to
the "creativity-chest" in my room.
I'm surprised, how little drawing skills Mika's friend shows.
Not even with my help could she draw a heart,
the symbol which appears on Mika's drawings and paintings
in ever so many varieties and in ever new combinations with butterflies and
flowers
Nor was Youli - who is half a year older than Mika -
able to understand, that and how we bless over food.
Mika, at this occasion, - in addition to blessings over those [people] who
made the grains into pasta, etc.-
invented a blessing, which neither I nor the Quartet in all their 9 years
of 'Grandma-Days'
had thought of:
"I bless the people who have given
names to all these food ingredients!"
After the friend had gone, it was time for Mika's shower
and hairwash.
Efrat called me: "come and take a photo of Mika's
hair!"
And , indeed, the hair - when wet and not dry
and curly - reached her bum!
It's been for several months now, that Mika doesn't
want me to sing at her bed,
and I've to be aware of other chances to practice old songs or teach new ones.
But I always enter her room after Imma has put off the lights and left the
room.
On this evening she chose to squeeze herself into a funny corner and position.
Here are some images, despite the flash which causes her to close her eyes.
While working on these compositions ,
I got it wrong with the dates of those days before the outstanding date, the
15th of April,
the day of Mika's fathers immigration to Israel - and my own, of course -
on April 15, 1964.
But it doesn't have to be perfect, does it?
In any case, this composition shows Mika in a strange mood, the day before
April 15, 2010:
She brings two artificially shrieking creatures into my room, a robot and
some animal,
and I don't know, what caused the painful and anxious expression in her face.
It shows - by contrasting all the happy faces of Mika - that she knows pain
and fear,
especially in her identification with suffering animals or people.
At some time that day she tried to make the tiniest
of flags herself.
Tomer, her brother, entangled in the jungle, is visible on my screen.
"Draw me a Star-of-David", she
demanded, but no further help!
While Mika is (still?) satisfied with little challenges,
her brother loves to wind snakes around his arm...
