I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Der Abend kommt
A hymn

lyrics:

Gerhard Teersteegen
1729

tune:

"Die Sonn hat sich sich
mit ihrem Glanz gewendet"
15. Jhd., Geistlich: Genf
1542

4 of the 8 edited stanzas
only my voice, without organ

When my oldest friend,
Anke Ristenpart, Berlin,
sent me this Christian hymn,
unknown to me, both in text and tune,
I was so moved by most of the text
that I ardently wished,
I would find the tune in my Bach-Chorales,
which nowadays I play on my electronic keyboard.
And lo - I found the 15 century tune, and played and sang
and learnt Teersteegen's text!
[some concepts are not relevant for me,
so I changed the wording, leaving the original in brackets],

Teersteegen was a mystic,
to whom I felt close as a young girl...

In Gottes Schoss, sonst nirgend findst du Ruh.

2. Der Wandersmann legt sich ermuedet nieder,
das Voeglein fleugt zu seinem Neste wieder,
Das Schaeflein kehrt in seine Huerde ein:
lass mich in dich, mein Gott, gekehret sein.

3. Ach sammle selbst Gefuehle [Begierden] und Gedanken,
Die noch so leicht aus Schwachheit von dir wanken;

4. So liebevoll [Recht vaeterlich] hast du mich heut geleitet,
Bewahrt [geprueft], gestaerkt [verschont], gefordert [gestaerket] und geweidet;

7. Die Dunkelheit ist da, und alles schweiget;

9. Dem Leib wirst du bald seine Ruhe geben;
Lass nicht den Geist zerstreut in Unruh schweben;
Mein treuer Hirt, fuehr mich in dich hinein,

10. Im Finstern sei des Geistes Licht und Sonne,
im Mutterleib [Kampf und Kreuz] mein Beistand, Kraft und Wonne;

2009_08_27 - Mika's Heaven on Earth

I follow my understanding and new lekh-lekhâ on January 1, 2009,
  that - after 7 years - I should no longer create new pages on my 2 websites,
but intermingle the evidence of new experiences with that on existing pages.

On August 1, I decided to re-employ song-page after song-page
for documenting and exploring
the evolution of my youngest grandchild,
a starchild whose assignment for this planet seems to be:
to demonstrate by her own living and doing,
how to playfully create from moment to moment

"zest-fully and full-filled"
[see the previous 6 pages composition]

The composition which continues the two former pages
documents the last days of my family at Bet-Nehemya,
before they would move in with my daughter at Modi'in temporarily,
until their newly rented flat at Shoham would be emptied by its tenants.

I savor the last minutes of our togetherness,
though I have to sit outside the pond
and cannot embrace and play around with her.
But this is right, for what she needs and seeks
is company with children of her own age,
and she, indeed, becomes friends-for some moments
with a clever little boy.
It began with Mika watching him jump into the water.
"That's not the way it's done!" protested the little girl.
Since the boy had no interest in being taught by her,
I used the opportunity to stretch Mika's flexibility:
"You see, Mika? there are different ways of jumping!"

Thoughtful as she is, she accepted this view
and a little later I saw the two play together.

She was also considerate of my own wishes:
"Soon Imma will come and we'll have to part.
Can we enjoy the big pool one more time?"

She ran with me into the water immediately.

But soon Efrat came, ordered and paid a taxi,
which would drive me to the trainstation Lod,
while she would take Mika to Ronnit, her aunt.

By chance, I came across a photo in Immanuel's gallery, which shows Ronnit on her pretty sofa, reading a story to Mika in February 2009

Next experience with Mika: Sept. 12, 2009
