I,
Christa-Rachel, Immanuel's mother, have been healing, learning and creating through "Healing-K.i.s.s." since 10 years. That it was erased on..... Christmas 2008 was a sign: "no longer create new pages! but add new creations to existing pages! [up to maximum 1300 KB size per page]" The purpose was revealed only N O W: Humankind is p a s s i n g from linear time and separateness to spherical 'time' and ONEness! |
Eliezer Ben Yehuda

Maybe, Eliezer ben Yehuda is the man
in history, whom I most admire and adore. I am grateful, that Yaron London has done, what no book nor website could do: he wrote a hit about him, and Matti Caspi, one of the most popular singers and song-writers took care, as did Hava Alberstein, that it indeed became a hit. It was yesterday that I zapped into an Interview with Yaron London in June 1985. It reminded me strongly of my double experience in Yaron's talkshow "Tandu" in 1975. "Double", because the first recording was found to be inappropriate because of a certain piece of "art", exhibited by one of the two other people on the show. Therefore I was invited to a second talkshow, with different people. Before and in between and later, in 1982, when I visited Yaron London, asking for a photo for the composition of 70 faces on my book, we talked into depth. In 1982 he, one of the most popular men in Israel, said something, that made me very sad: "I really am no good at anything except for interviewing people." Well, Yaron London, should you ever come across this page, then know, that in addition to your numerous talents and accomplishments, you have given ME this song! On Febr. 24, 2013, Jonathan, my grandson, put on Facebook an exhilarating performance of "Harlem Shake" with Yaron London! |

A poem by Rafael Rosenzweig, my husband,
when watching me on TV in Yaron London's talkshow
July 1975
comment on October 2, 2011:
It was my first appearance on TV-
how strange that -36 years later it's the turn of this SongPage
to serve for inserts from Immanuel's Masterchef Finale
TANDU II Suddenly the floodlights were alight, they illuminated every corner - made you unique-separated you from the people and from this much light many asked a little light for their corner. The feeling is good and heartening to be the center of things for the cause, but, I suspect, the feeling is deluding that does not leave you bricks for what you want to build The floodlights went out and around - the darkness and you remained in the light of the past another step - the light is behind you and you remain with the one who has beem accompanying you before. 5/7/75 |

Read from right to left
Immanuel continues to interview Avi in the house of his parents
I'm cropping, editing and composing this scene
on October 2, 2011,
during the 10 days period between Rosh Hashanah and Yom-Kippur,
during which we are asked to forgive and let us be forgiven.
In this interview
[which in real time was conducted around
Sept. 11 and appeared on TV on Sept. 22]
Avi uses the chance, to ask his family's forgiveness
"kval am va-eda", i.e. in front of the world.
Edmund,
Avi's father' to Immanuel: "Every moment that you see Avi, you reconstruct what was before. thanks God, - I almost lost my son. Immanuel: Right Avi: "....to tell you that I'm sorry for the things that were done and that were caused to you . You know how much I love you and I want, that you'll have nakhat [a word that doesn't exist in other languages: it means the satisfaction of seeing the fruit of one's work with people, mainly of parents. |
Adir wants to say something, too:
"Abba, you are walking the right path.........
and each day - call me! each day talk to me! tell me, how was your day!"
[This part gave me a sting:
All through the interview before - I hadn't paid attention,
that it should have taken place in the house, where Avi should live with his
wife and their children.
When I met Ilanit with her baby-son Oree during the private celebration of
the finalists before the Finale
(see on SongGame 2007_11_17...) ,
I shared this "sting" with her. During
the Fnale the next night I was happy to see her sit next to Avi. ]
Immanuel parts from "the precious and amazing Levi family" : It was a great delight! Thank you!"
The Documentary "Who are you, Masterchef",
in which the finalists interviewed each other,
and which was shown on TV between the Semi-Finale on Sept.21 and the Finale
on Sept. 24, 2011,
ends with the lists of the many people who had a part in the doc,
together with answers to one question asked by each interviewer: "How
does the public react?"
Immanuel: "The passengers see me, and are glad to realize that the pilot is not up there in the sky, [in Hebrew the same as : "in heaven"] but - look! - he is one of us!" |
Avi to Elihav: "How are the reactions on the street?" |
Avi:
"I get many tips from people, like "come one, get out of the Moroccan kitchen and try something new!" And I, indeed, take their tips to heart." Elihav: "So many people want to be photographed with me, why is that? Am I not the most "amkha" (part of the common people) in the world...? But this is full of "ahavat-khinam" [love without reason] (an expression, which in its originality is typical for Elihav. What is known to people is "sin'at-khinam" , hatred without reason, which was - as the ancient rabbis told us - the cause for the destruction of the "Scecond Temple", i.e. the Destruction in the year 70, which was the end of Israel's statehood for almost 1900 years. |
"I thought there would be much cynicism, but the show was much more sweeping than I thought, It was great fun." |
At the very end a sad, but immensely relevant
ad appears:
send money and the word "heart" to
"Opening of Heart - Promotion and Development
of Human Responsibility"
A child sings to the tune of Brahm's
lullaby the names of these food-details
and it is said, that every third child in Israel goes to bed hungry....
Around 4 PM Immanuel leaves us for the Finale. One more time the Masterchef taxi takes him to the studio at Neve-Ilan. Next to the lift there is a lovely poster, created by neighbors in the building, wishing Immanuel success. Another poster had been glowing downstairs, also next to the lift, already for a week. |
